Finally! We’ve been long waiting to show you these Character Files, seamen! We love how they turned out to be. 😊 Yellow Wars is right at the corner with a new beginning, much better or at least that’s what we’d love you to think. So now it’s time to know its characters a bit better. Obviously, the main two are not a real mystery for you, but maybe their criminal records help you to figure out how they are in this Universe settled during the Twenties in San Francisco.

We designed our own criminal records taking inspiration from real ones like those from the Department of Police of the City of San Francisco’s Identification Bureau during the 1920s, trying to make them as accurate as possible. We won’t deny this research was a bit hard, specially looking for terminology, and drawing and handwriting –digitally for Spanish version in this case– everything was long and tedious, but in the end, we had so much fun making them. There’s a second part for each one of these files: their criminal history, but they contain spoilers so you’ll see them later… anyway, sure you already know no one is an angel here. 😇

Fun Facts: Since you know all our work is traditional, we not only wrote everything by hand for each of the four character files we’ve already done but the pictures are drawn apart and actually taped with real masking tape, then scanned. And Alistair’s is now decorating our wall 🥰 We’re planning on hand Aysha’s by his side too.

If you feel curious about their identification numbers, we made them out of Pantone Numbering System, selecting the colour that matches better to each character. For example, ‘Emerald’ for Randy, is PANTONE 17-5641. 💚
