ON BRIEF HIATUS UNTIL 10/23. A mutagen of unknown origins has rocked the Florida coastlines causing those that ingest the mutagen to possibly cause a rapid spread of barnacles inside and out leading to a quick yet painful death, be unaffected, or gain sea-creature appearance and abilities leading to the new classification of Sea-People. ‘Something’s Fishy in Florida’ follows the change in society and the lives affected. Some of those lives include a normal person turned supermodel overnight, the friend that remembers her before the change, a cop and lawyer seeking justice for Sea People, and a marine scientist seeking the truth. This comic is an expansion of my thesis film ‘Welcome to Floriduh’.
