we were sitting at a table towards the front of the room, meaning we were considered important guests. probably because my family led our coven. everything was seemingly going fine, at least that's what I had thought. "I'll be right back I'm getting a drink" I said standing up from the table. I walked over to the bar and got a ginger ale, then began walking back to our table. 

that was when Sarah came out of nowhere causing me to bump into her and spill my drink all over her. " oh my god I'm so sorry i said quickly, "what the hell you did that in purpose" she yelled "I'm so sorry I can fix it!" I exclaimed. "contrarium est quod prius fuit" I said and the stain on her clothes quickly disappeared. "your lucky witch" she said then stormed off. 

that was when I suddenly saw Nathan across the room and walked over to him. "Nathan can we talk" I said calmly. "I'm really not in the mood right now" Nathan said and turned away from me. "Nathan please I just need 2 minutes of your time" I said grabbing his arms.

"you b***h" I heard then suddenly felt a sting on my cheek. everything slowed down I just stared at her while holding my cheek. I could feel my, annoyance and anger begin to build up as the room around me began to shake. 

after a minute I took a deep breath in order to calm down and the shaking stopped, then Sarah went flying across the room. no spell, no Magic just pure power caused her to go flying. I was shocked. 'how did I do that?' I thought. suddenly Nathan grabbed me by my neck and shoved me against the wall. "what did you just do you Little W***e" he yelled in his Alpha tone. 

I couldn't breathe. literally, the world once again came to a stop as tears welled up in my eyes. I looked him in the eyes and all I could see was anger, and hatred mixed into them. that anger and hatred, was fully 100% directed at me. 

"is that.... is that really how you see me?" I asked barley able to form the words. he didn't respond and just threw me to the ground. "get out of my territory witch" he said. anger filling his voice even more "GET OUT AND NEVER RETURN!" he yelled. I stood up and walked over to my mother, her face in full shock at what she'd just seen. 

"don't let this affect the treaty ok" I said to my mother. she didn't respond as she just Continued to look at Nathan in shock. "dad?" I said now looking up at my father. he nodded. I then looked back at Nathan one more time to see him still watching me, his anger only growing as I still hadn't left. 

I then walked out of the dining room, down the hallway and left the pack house. as soon as I got to my car Derek caught up with me. "Amber wait!" he said running to me right as I was about to open my car door, I couldn't hold it in anymore the tears just began to fall. 

"IS THIS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU TO?" I asked yelling through the tears as the pain I. my throat became unbearable. "IS THIS WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO YOU TO WHEN YOU FIND YOUR MATE?" I asked once more. Derek was silent. "if this is what awaits us, what's the point of me even sticking around Derek? what's the point of me even trying if everything is just gonna go to hell?" I asked once again he didn't answer. 

"let me drive you home" he said trying to take the keys from me. "I don't need you to" I said pulling my arm away from him. "Amber come on your in no shape to drive" Derek said pity all over his face. "WHY BECAUSE MY SO CALLED BEST FRIEND JUST CALLED ME A WHORE AND TRIED TO KILL ME!" I yelled as it began to rain. 

"Amber please" he said pleading. "no you know what" I said opening my driver's side door. "I dont need this" I said getting into my car and slamming the door. I turned on my car and pulled out then drove off.

tears only continued to fall from my face as I began to drive faster and faster without realizing. by now I was already going 70 in a 35. but I didn't care no one was on this road much anyway. 

that was when my car suddenly shut off. the car was still rolling now at 65 Mph. I had no power steering and no breaks. a curve was coming up and I suddenly saw head lights. I was barely able to get the car back on but by then it was to late.

I swerve to avoid the car. causing my tiny little car to roll multiple times until it landed in the trees. when I opened my eyes, everything was hazy. the car was upside down, the only thing keeping me in place was my seat belt.

I tried to look around for my phone but could not find it. it seemed like everything around me was spinning. and I was no doubt bleeding from the multiple times my car rolled. I tried to unbuckle my seat belt and at first it didn't unlatch but after a few more times it did and I fell head first to the roof of the car. the driver's side door was pinned against a tree, but the passenger side window was broken, it gave me enough room to crawl out. 

I then carefully crawled through the car out the passenger side window. after I got out I just laid on the ground. 'i wonder if the other car is ok?' I thought to myself 'i hope so' I continued to think as my vision became blurry, I heard someone run over to me. "hey I called an ambulance your gonna be fine their on there way" a stranger said calmly kneeling down to my level.

"your the person from the other car?" I asked softly as I began to lose energy, he nodded. "I'm sorry, this, this is all my, my fault to..." I said as my eyes finally closed.
