Electa gave the most kindness he could muster towards his most hated ally.  “Well even though I hate you lower creatures I still have to make sure you come here. so where is the star”?

Octavian “There wasn’t a wishing Star, the man conned us.” 

Electa “ We’ll your wife was naive to trust humans with their words.”

The little girl opened her little mouth. “Can I go home now?”

Electa asked the girl “So what is your parents’ address?”

She responded. “ I don’t know.”

Electa” We can always drop the girl at the police.

Female Time turner said to Electa.  “The emperor wants to speak to you.”

Electa of course goes there to talk to the emperor. 

The emperor reveals that the human girl herself was the Wishing Star.
