This comic strip is actually based on an algorithmic approach to policing that was done in Chicago around the early 2010s. While there are seemingly better algorithmic approaches to Chicago's "predictive policing", it isn't perfect, and there are still cases when implicit bias leads to non effective actions to said data. In the meantime, I'll just be here making jokes.
Zach Against the World follows Zach, a 12 year old rambunctious kid from the suburbs and his 12 year old super genius best friend, Eddie, navigate through their mundane childhood problems with over the top inventions and ideas that create the catalyst for the high jinks and crazy antics they must later overcome.
This comic strip adaptation takes snapshots of Zach and his friends' lives as they perform their wacky ideas in an attempt to get Zach to be in a league of his own, in a class by himself!
New strip every Thursday at 12:00pm CST! Don't be late!
