[Town ruins]
[Fiery walked through the quiet streets, her heart heavy with regret.]
[She had intended to visit Olivia earlier, but life's demands had kept her occupied.]
[As Fiery approached Olivia's home, she noticed a gathering of people.]
Fiery (hesitant): "What happened? Why are people gathered here?"
[A woman turned to Fiery, her eyes filled with sadness.]
Woman: "Olivia passed away peacefully in her sleep. We'll be holding her wake to honor and remember her since there is no one left in her family to hold one for her."
[Fiery's heart sank, and a wave of disbelief washed over her. The news hit her like a sudden gust of wind, leaving her feeling disoriented and lost.]
Fiery (whispering): "Olivia's... gone? I never got the chance to see her again..."
[As Fiery joined the gathering, paying her respects to Olivia and offering her condolences, her mind raced with memories of past events.]
[She couldn't help but wonder what secrets Olivia had carried with her, secrets that now lay buried with her forever.]
[Days passed, and Fiery remained at the wake, seeking solace and finding comfort in shared memories and stories of Olivia. She listened intently to the anecdotes and tales, hoping to catch a glimpse of the hidden parts of Olivia's life.]
[On the final day of the wake, as the sun began to set, Fiery found herself in Olivia's garden. The untouched crops swayed gently in the breeze, whispering secrets of their own.]
[Fiery reached out, running her fingers along the leaves, contemplating the unspoken truths that Olivia might have held.]
[As evening approached, Amelia arrived to pick up Fiery, her presence a much-needed source of support.]
[Fiery turned to Amelia, her eyes filled with grief.]
Fiery (softly): "Amelia, there are so many secrets that Olivia carried with her. I can't help but wonder what stories remain untold." Amelia nodded understandingly, her own thoughts mirroring Fiery's.
Amelia: "We may never know all the secrets Olivia held, nor of this world, but I think that is not the point right now, Fie..." Fiery fixed her eyes on Amelia.
Fiery: "You're right, Ame. It's just that... they just die, easily... humans, I mean." Her eyes on the verge of tears.
[Amelia just smiled then walked towards Fiery to hug her.]
Fiery: "It just feels too fast." She said as tears finally fell from her eyes.
Amelia (crying): "You wish you could have prepared your feelings, done things better... I know, I know."
[They both cried until all the pain temporarily went away.]
Fiery: "Ame... I have a secret to tell you..."
