Kishka Danaan, a Ukrainian refugee who came with her mother to Australia. There is something very special about Kishka and her mother that will be revealed in a later story. She wears the twin braids of an ancient Celt.
Lia Luachra, a goth viola player. Named after the ancient Celtic female warrior.
Clea Themista. With the twin pony tales. Named after Themistaclea, the female Greek philosopher and oracle of Delphi who taught Pythagorus everything he knew, but never gets the any credit for it. I cut and pasted her name in this way as Clea is less of a mouthful. I named one of my cats Clea after Themistaclea.
Berty Russell, an first nations Australian boy who is a bit of an inventor. Berty is named after Bertrand Russell the mathematician and philosopher who made major contributions to the foundation of mathematics, logic and ethical reasoning.
