I won't tell you guys everything that particular Bane does at the moment, but I will confirm it's the reason the Master Tower just cracked from the foundation to the top. In case it isn't obvious, its effects also hurt worse than getting kicked through a wall (twice), getting zapped with Shadow-magic, punched in the face, and being insulted by a creature that barely reaches up to your ankle.
