prologue: The UNSPOKEN

The prologue that started this whole webcomic project in summer 2021, in the middle of the pandemic. Back then it was still a short comic I posted on social media, but in my head I already had the whole outline and a story planned out for this. Never think this would become a web series project for myself, or this concept would appear in the original IP series later. Nevertheless, I love drawing this comic a lot and hope you guys would have fun reading it as much as I love working on it.

A webcomic series that’s heavily inspired by the famous Dragon Ball series’s very underappreciated characters, Goten and Trunks. “Two mischievous best friends, Goten and Trunks, who have always been attached at the hip since they were children, suddenly find themselves beginning to part ways when they enter high school. What kind of troubles await them in their new lives without the other? Will this change of event kickstart something inside them? Something weird and really hard to say? Did I mention they’re not entirely human as well? Sounds troublesome already, and it’s probably not in the way that they’ll like it.”
The webcomic was the author’s own adaptation inspired by the old versions of Dragon Ball, not associated with the current running variations of the series except for 1 or 2 details. The characters in here will act more mature and realistic to fit with the theme of the story.
