Standing in front of the row of females was harder than Jesse could have imagined. He tried everything he could to not make any eye contact with Enora who stood amongst the girls. All their gazes were glued on him and seemed to be undressing him from where they stood. Normally he never minded people watching him, it happened all the time. But this was different. All these girls saw him as a potential mate and a prize beast. If he could, he'd run the other way just to get rid of this. But instead he straightened his back, squared his shoulders, and made himself taller. His wolf adding to his authority and dominance.

"Welcome all of you," Maya said with a bright smile. "It's my honor and pleasure to greet you all and welcome you to the house of the Alpha King. By now you've all received a room where you'll be staying for the upcoming time. Your belongings are searched and if they've been deemed safe you'll get them returned to you." Maya stepped towards the females and walked along them. "In the end Jesse will select the partner he wants to spend his life with and she will receive the title of Luna. While you're here you'll receive etiquette training, as well as arts, politics, and anything necessary for the role you might have to play someday.

"There's only a few reasons to be sent home; don't steal, don't hurt anyone else, or disobey the rules. These rules will be explained to you in the next couple of days. For now we want you all to settle in and get accustomed to your new home. All of your rooms are located in the same hallway with a common room made for your stay. There you can find couches, a tv, and a place to spend your time. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in the dining room amongst yourselves."

"Won't the Alpha King join us?" one of the girls dressed in a red ball gown asked.

Maya turned to the female. "No, Anaïs. He will join you all when he sees fit."

Anaïs blinked. "But how will he get to know us then?"

"That's up to us and him to decide. Now, Anaïs, don't speak unless addressed by one of us.

Jesse scraped his throat and took a step forward. "I want to also thank you all for being here. And there's no need to worry, I will get to know you all in due time." He smiled at Anaïs even though he couldn't care for her. His wolf wanted all the other women gone. The one he actually wanted was already among the females and one way or another he would have her.

"Yes, indeed," Maya said. "Tomorrow morning breakfast will be served at eight. Your first class will start at nine. I will see you all then and make sure to wear your heels. Have a pleasant evening, ladies. We will provide you with some snacks and drinks in your common room where you can get to know each other." 

Jesse inclined his head towards them all. "I will see you all soon." He raised his head, finding Enora among the row and his eyes locked with hers for a second before he walked out of the room.
