I feel bad whenever my neighbor do this.
Please do yourself and all the dogs in the world a favor and DO NOT adopt a dog when you don't have the time and patience to take good care of one. Puppies, especially, need special attention and discipline to grow up as well behaved dogs. They are not there just to be cute to you.

Also don't get a dog, if you just want something cute, because puppies will get bigger in no time and won't be that cute anymore for you, when they start to kill your environment =v=; *sighs*
