This economy is financially crushing everybody, and aquariums are no exception. One aquarium in Japan lowered their operating budget by reducing the quality of the fish they fed their penguins. Unhappy with the new fish, the penguins rejected the replacement food. And this is how the rise of the planet of the penguins began.
