Giridhana Pragat along with his bodyguards have arrived at the estate. Rashva rushes to welcome them.
The carriages are stationed near the stables.
Rashva anxiously gets the tables ready inside the main hall. The maid is asked to go and fetch Vikara.
Giridhana and his men enter the main hall.
Vikara sees the men from the floor above. He walks down the stairs to greet them.
Giridhana sees Vikara.
Giridhana - "Where is Karni?"
Vikara - "Alive and well."
Vikara takes a seat on a chair.
Giridhana takes a seat opposite Vikara.
Giridhana - "Is this because he is still a fighter?"
Vikara - "That and he is our caretaker."
Giridhana - "A low-born being a caretaker strikes as a hilarious idea."
Vikara - "He is a part of my family. I won't allow anybody to lay a finger on him."
Giridhana - "I don't know if you're aware of this but, my brother is a dangerous man. Me and my family don't have much of a problem with Karni. My brother is my family. I'm obligated to stand by his side. What bothers me is that my daughter's marriage might be affected. So I wanted to come here and warn you."
Vikara - "Unfortunately, the marriage..."
Rashva enters quickly inside the room - "We've prepared a feast for you all. Please come inside."
Rashva walks towards the dining room and all the men follow him. Giridhana gives Vikara a look and then continues.
Vikara looks away and smiles.
Karni looks outside the tavern window. He sees a few men dressed like common folk standing with swords and lances.
The Ihachita woman walks towards the men. She suddenly points towards the window Karni is peeping out of. Karni is a bit shaken. He did not expect a conflict here.
Karni immediately readies his sword and opens the door of his room. He peeps out and sees that the tavern is busy. He sheathes his sword and tries to blend in.
The men enter through the main door and rush towards Karni's room. They smash the door open and enter the room. They thoroughly search for him. They suddenly stop when they hear the commotion outside. They take a look outside and see Karni cutting down two of their men and then hopping on the back of his horse. Karni looks towards the window with a blank expression. Karni flees away. The Ihachita woman walks outside the tavern. She mounts her horse and follows Karni. The men rush to join her on the hunt.
Back in Pragat Manor, Sardhana has received a message that shocks him.
He is seated in his armchair. Sitting opposite him is a man in red and white armour.
Sardhana - "Karni is listed as a fighter! But...I was sure that Karni was treated as a servant at the estate. But then this means...I won't let this marriage happen!"
The man in the armour - "They started this war. There is no way they walk away from this without facing serious consequences."
Sardhana - "Let Giri return. No more negotiations. We'll find a new groom for Arasha. And also have to cut that prick's head off as soon as we can."
The man in armour - "Facing him in the arena won't do it. We'll make sure he doesn't make it to the arena."
With Pragat family and the Vyasa family tying the knot, Karni seems to have become the biggest hinderance. Vikara seems stubborn while Rashva is desperate to make this marriage happen. With the arena a few many months far away, there is much conflict to be dealt with.
