The King of Sagarkaar owns a large piece in Madhyama (middle) Urvarakshetra. This means the hold guards are normally only found in this region. Other parts of Urvarakshetra remain blindsided by the law of the King. A criminal with extreme crimes like murder will generally be executed. Lesser crimes of petty thievery could lead to the loss of limbs. Bounty is issued to criminals who run away from their punishments or lawful subjugation. Bounty hunters and assassins who work for the king are commonly the ones to respond to such bounty. The bounty of the biggest criminal Adweda Jawed is a hundred thousand in gold. He has never been caught - 32 years and counting. His crime was that of disguising gold derived from illicit activities, gambling, narcotics and a lot of other frauds. The second-highest bounty would be that of Vajra Raza (Diamond King). The man refused to be under the king's rule and killed the entire batch of 200 soldiers sent to retake the land. He has acquired around 1300 soldiers over the years. The King has yet to retake the land from Vajra Raza. His bounty - 35000 in gold.
Karni's crimes include much less. Ransacked villages and murdered peasants are not counted. What's been counted is, laying his arms on a nobility. The bounty is the third-highest and seems a bit harsh - 20000 gold.
Karni and the two mercenaries have reached the old ruins of a temple. They station their horses outside and walk into the ruins. Beyond the ruins lies a large arena-like ground. Vikara stands at the centre of this ground, waiting. Vikara sees the trio coming and walks towards them.
Vikara - "Hope you were not followed."
The male mercenary - "No. We were cautious."
Vikara - "Good. Karni, you need to get away from Urvarakshetra."
Karni - "Thought so. Where am I going?"
Vikara - "Avalights seem to be our best option. Hauler's men will meet you near the Strid of Janga."
Karni - "That is Khasi territory. Things could go wrong."
Vikara - "Disguise yourself as monks. Plenty of monks travel across the Strid to spread the word of god across the land. You'll be fine. If you run into trouble, leave no witnesses alive. Make sure to dump the bodies too. Don't want them to chase you beyond the Strid."
The male mercenary - "We'll leave right away then."
Vikara nods. Karni and the two mercenaries walk outside the ruins.
The male mercenary looks at Karni and says - "We need to rob a few disguises. Any idea where to find monks?"
Karni - "Towards the east, Vinayaka Dwaram has plenty of monks."
The male mercenary - "No time to waste then."
All three ride away atop their horses.
The Avalight family is from a distant continent. They sought residence in Sagarkaar to trade rare metals and build gold mines in the country. Sagarkaar has rich reserves of gold, the trade of which keeps the lifeblood of its economy running. Richard Hauler is the Viceroy of the Avalight family. He is one of the most influential merchants in the world. Hauler and Vikara have done business in the past. Avalights reside in the northernmost region of Sagarkaar - Himasthal. The place has plenty of mountain ranges and distinctive architecture of buildings. The beauty held throughout this land is constantly attempted to be laid down on a canvas by famous painters from all over the world.
In the realm of Sagarkaar, a prestigious tournament named Ananta Shatam (Infinity Arena) is held, drawing warriors from diverse lands. Amidst the grand spectacle, tensions rise as a new conflict brews over the fertile farming land of Urvarakshetra. As the competition unfolds, alliances form and rivalries ignite, intertwining the fates of participants. As the battles on and off the arena intensify, the warriors must navigate personal desires, loyalties, and the looming threat to Urvarakshetra's peace. The fate of Sagarkaar hangs in the balance as the tournament reveals the true depths of manipulation, gluteny and malice of the people. Will they be capable of overcoming these adversities?
