When you're first coming to the realization that your mental health isn't quite what you thought it was, the most important thing is to take note of the things you are experiencing and write things down. or if you're not great at remembering or you'd end up losing that information somehow tell someone who can remind you. It's weird and complicated and I'm just rambling really haha.
