It's really nice seeing media with examples of how to have a healthy conversation and how one can engage with people while experiencing negative emotions. Emotional intelligence is unfortunately neglected in education (at home and elsewhere). Unnecessary drama between characters in media does nothing to address that (rather, it normalises hurtful behaviour), and maybe instances like this comic will be a person's first glimpse into less messy and upsetting ways of handling conflict. All that is to say: I really appreciate seeing this exchange and I wish I'd seen it when I was a teenager myself.
