He couldn’t keep up with anything of what’s going on around him. As everything seemed unnatural, “I’m sure !! that wasn’t me !! that face!!” A state of desperation is what anyone can describe what Marco was having. 

        The monster instantly got out as soon as Marco saw it. In the moment he wanted to run, he met eyes with the monster who had a sword in one of his arms, two featherless wings that look like bones, four tails on his back and one big jewel that showed a hole of darkness. Using that sword, the monster slashed the portal along with Marco who was clearly standing far away from him. 

        Marco didn’t even have time to run as he looked aside, he saw himself already being slashed and his right arm flying into the air next to multiple buildings being sliced down to halves. He collapsed on his knees then fell on his right side losing a lot of blood and almost his vision which got hazy.

        “ah!! My consciousness is fading again. This really isn’t a dream” A few thoughts crossed Marco's mind at that time but only this one was clear and loud inside his head. 

        “Marco nii!!! it’s not a big deal!! Now get up!! you lazy big brother, our strongest big brother!!”. Marco heard a voice of a little girl along with a boy, he hallucinated the two standing in front of him therefore that gave him the strength to struggle and move away.

        “I need to run away from this, I need to move!!!” Marco kept thinking. 

         “ Ahaha !!! here they are!!!! These eyes!!” the black eyed guy suddenly said. As Marco tried to look up as he was lying on a lake from his own blood.

        “That’s it!! These eyes!! That look!! I like that look!! Same as those days!!! What are you going to do now!?!?! ” The guy was thrilled in enthusiasm the moment he met eyes with Marco. 

        Marco at the same time tried to get up, replying slowly “shut up!! For a!! Second!! Will ya!?!?”. Marco roared as the iris of his eye started to change form into the black that centers in the middle and a green glow came to his eyes yet it looked so pale and dead. 

            “I don’t know what you are talking about!!!!! Look !? Eyes!? That’s none of my business !!!!” he added as he had Merely glares full of death, the one shall say as he was heavily breathing from the blood loss. 

        “That’s unfortunate!”, the black eyed guy interjected as he saw Marco having a desperate smile at the end of his words. Therefore not paying attention to the monster behind made Marco pay for it. The monster stabbed Marco in the back and held him with his sword right from the chest in the middle of the air after walking slowly to his location , then It let him fall down to the ground. Marco was about to fall but landed on his foot at the last second. 

        “My whole life till now, I was avoiding everything, I was telling myself- Cough!! Cough!!!  to get away!! to run away!! there’s no place here!!” Marco’s bloodlust slowly started rising up. 

        As he was looking down he looked up as he had a death expression on his eyes “screw that!! I’ll erase everything!! Lower your head you lowly mere creatures!!!”. In the last words both Marco and the guy spoke the same. 

         While Marco was talking the monster almost changed shape as his head got bigger and the four tails from his lower back surrounded Marco as if It was about to eat him.

        “For god’s sake, I said lower your head” Marco cut the front of the monster’s mouth along with its long tongue. The monster stepped a little steps to the back as he covered his face with both arms and even his four long tails acted as a shield before roaring from the top of his lungs. It felt Marco’s bloodlust. 

       “Ugh!! Stop yawning already! My eardrums are going to explode from your cries! You took an arm and a leg from me, didn’t you ? I only paid you the debt back!”. Despite the lost arm and leg somehow Marco felt lightheaded more than ever. 

        “I don’t remember a single thing. But this body of mine remembers what each word meant” yet his face hadn’t shown a single thing “ the words are”. 

           Marco stood as a strange aura surrounded him. The aura grew bigger as it covered the whole body before it raged out to the sky. The monster was inspecting the scene as in a split second Marco got out from the gale of aura targeting the neck of the monster. He grabbed him and turned to the other side, blowing him away over the buildings. The monster got out from the crumbles of the buildings and stood in his place, regenerating slowly. Marco was still in the middle of the aura as he removed it by just swinging his arm. He got out of the aura, almost looking like the black eyed guy. The same dark scars on the whole body and dark green eyes but a black hair instead of a white hair.

        “Hee!? Seriously!? You really did it!” Marco’s face showed no expression despite the words being a mockery, “I must applaud for your great ability and for surviving that too”.

        Marco looked up to see the monster regenerating. As he got out of the dark aura, he had already got back his missing arm and closed the hole in his chest as if he wasn’t stabbed at all. 

         “You miss this arm don’t you ?! I mean it is your arm!” Marco spoke as he was holding the monster’s arm. “Oh right ! instant regeneration and here I took the effort of removing it! Man, even your regeneration is gross!!”. He was a little talkative at the beginning before he remembered that it was a monster to begin with.

        “Tsk , you’re a monster can’t understand words” as he finished his words the monster instantly attacked him, “And here you are attacking at least listen will y’a?!” Marco said as he snapped his fingers. Suddenly a  dark matter surrounded the whole area looking like the shape of the portal of earlier. It took Marco and the monster as if it opened a gate to another world.

         “ Let's take a small walk shall we? I need some fresh air for my lungs”. Marco and the monster got out of the gate in a different place and even in the middle of the gate.

        “This place is much better. Finally some fucking fresh air”. 

        The monster used his wings and balanced itself. While balancing itself the monster looked around then felt Marco’s overwhelming pressure and with no waste of time It pointed the arm sword and launched a great energy ray towards Marco. The explosion made a huge impact as the whole area shook and trembled. 

         An old man appeared to notice the trembling while working inside his place, the old man calmly said “Pretty noisy huh ? we haven't had action for quite a few years, guess I’m gonna have some fun after all this time”. the old man silently smiled at the precarious energy roaming midair.

        After landing that huge attack the monster kept roaring and even his muscles got bigger. The monster stopped as It heard Marco’s voice. 

      “Sigh, honestly, I don’t really get this” Marco exhaled his breaths in one sigh “ shall I ? erase it for you”. 

      Marco was talking while the monster’s body started to grow weaker as the four tails started to disappear slowly, the bones of the monster started to appear out too. As they were in the middle of the air Marco appeared to not be getting damage from that attack and his dark scars were attached to a dark cloak that covered his right arm down to his right knee for healing purposes. The monster moved on instinct again and attacked, therefore Marco countered him with the black cloak, He used it to stop the monster and slash It into two halves. The slash was obviously a fatal one as nothing on the monster’s body stayed intact. It tried to regenerate but the body just couldn’t keep up and made it even worse. The body was demolished and fell into the ground leaving a huge impact, 

        “Hahaaa!! Befitting of the wea-!?!!?!?!” Marco’s mocking act didn’t stop until the end and so he also was out of stamina. 

         His black cloak instantaneously returned to the scars. In the end Marco got weaker too. 

         “I reached my limits already, the backfired pain is getting piled up! Cough!! Cough!! ”, Marco hardly focused on a few words inside his mind as the replusiv hurdle that the dark scars had put on his body obliterated most of it on a fast scale. That hurdle only led Marco to fall too right into the blood lake of the monster. He spit blood as a harsh reaction.

          In the middle of the lake of blood, the monster’s body slowly tried to regenerate again by devouring anything that came its way. The movement of the tentacles weren’t that fast, therefore Marco who couldn’t move a single finger was close to the core of the monster, just feets away. 

         “Well well well!!! Look what I found!!” said an unexpected voice which belonged to an old man. The old man exterminated the tentacles easily and stood by Marco's location with a calm look on his face.

          He was The old man who felt their battle earlier. He stood by Marco seeing him drowning in a lake of blood. The calm gaze turned to a smile as Marco tried to look towards him, “looks like something interesting happened here! Are you still alive there, kid!?”.
