later that day,

        “I’m going out for a while, Carla make sure they get to the bed before you turn off the lights, get it?” Marco pleaded as he was about to go outside. 

         “So where are you going?” Carla asked him before she closed the door. 

         “Just a simple tour around the town, I wanna meet someone there” Marco answered Carla and went on his way. 

         “So exactly, I confirmed that I’m the only one who can see you, mind giving me some explanations now?” Marco seemed like he was talking to someone as he was walking alone. Therefore he wasn’t completely alone. Furthermore Yuna appeared next to him. 

           “I told you that there’s some serious stuff you forgot, for now head to that old man’s store and ask him yourself about your family”. Yuna interjected as she had answered a few of Marco’s questions on the way there.

          “Here, I come, wait!!” said Eyezar as he heard a door knock, “The sales are done now… Marco kun…need something?” he asked out of curiosity to see Marco in front of his door. 

          “Not something important but I want to check things, like why you didn’t tell me that this sword is one of Yuna, the white gale’s swords, or how my family has a long history with the euro. First, why are you one really acquainted with my family?” Marco asked all what he had in mind as Eyezar gave him a sigh and told him to get inside. 

           “So, what kind of answers, you want?” Eyezar started with his twisted questions.  

           “honestly, I wanna know why a guy who lived around millions of years is now working as a shop owner normally, first I’ve met them, Yuna san no, Yuna nee and Selicia neechan too, Cedric san my first ancestor, these three were there when I chose the sword, explain?” As Marco answered him straightforwardly he had a serious face. 

            Eyezar smiled at him as the vibes in the air started to get heavier.

           “And if I said I don’t need to respond? What will you do?” Eyezar interejected as he tried to threaten him, however Marco had already released his serment and pointed to Eyezar who smiled gently as he was remembering his past memories around the Deca family members. “Fine, fine, It was a little test to see if you got the guts, I’m a navigator in the first place, you can beat me just sneezing if you wanted but I have one condition.”  Eyezar smiled as he told Marco not everything but what he needs to know about his family’s history.

           “Morning!!!” Sophie said as she rushed to the kitchen after smelling something delicious. 

            “Good morning Sophie!! want some pancakes” Carla greeted her as she was preparing the breakfast. 

           “Give me some too, Marco nii haven't woken up yet?” Arthur sat in the chair next to Sophie as he appeared right after she came. 

          “He hasn't woken up? I thought he was going to do the groceries for today?” Carla answered Arthur’s question right after putting the plates to them and was about to go search for him. 

          “Nah I just woke up, I had some work last night so I got back home this morning. Sophie, Arthur I have a few stories that you want to hear or should I leave it to myself?” Marco responded as he had a smile on his face. 

        Carla was amazed to see his smile for the first time, “ you just smiled didn’t you?” Carla spaced out for a second as she wasn’t expecting Marco’s straight answer 

        “yeah, I was”. 

        Replying with just two words , made her fluster for a moment but she sighed and got back to her part of work while Marco was telling the stories to his brother and sister.

        Two days later, 

        “we have a huge problem, the festival is close by the end of this year”.

        Emilis stated as he gathered all the members for an urgent meeting. 

       “Well, putting that aside. we don’t have enough members to participate, so why not dropping things by now?”Alex responded as she was putting down some papers. 

        “Now! we fit this time exactly, Marco on the count along with one other member, we have the right number to join” Emilis interrupted her as he had a smug smile.  

        “One question, what’s this festival?” Marco curiously asked.

        “Huh!? oh yeah we didn’t tell you yet” Emilis answered “it’s an event that the council holds for the guilds every four years, things are getting lucky for us with you in the game. So for now you guys will start the training individually first , till I prepare your houses just in case it’ll be a royal hunt or stuff like that, then we gotta work our asses hard and win for sure, to get the big prize!!!” Emilis explained with a big sparkle in his eyes for winning “So as for now!! Alex, you said you can take a couple of days in one of your colleagues’ houses right then do it. Zack and Xavier, err well, you guys can sleep here in the restaurant since it’s been closed for repairs. Alice, go to Marco and Carla’s house for the rest of the week”.

         Emilis gave them some instructions then looked at Marco and Carla glaring daggers back at him.

         “Sigh, having one more person is surely tiring. I’m not sure where I can put you Alice senpai” Marco spoke out of the blue on their way back home. 

        “Don’t say that, It’s master’s orders, I would’ve stayed at Marie’s place or somewhere else, but I guess it was because he wanted to have an eye on your daily life too” Alice replied and giggled at the same time. 

        “Master Emilis is quite strange enough, and now the room I was using in the restaurant is now a place for Xavier and Zack senpai,that’s kinda sad for me” Carla spoke calmly while having a little sad grin on her face. 

        “huh, you used to live there, I thought you had a house or stuff like that” Marco had a surprisingly shocked expression on his face as he replied to Carla. 

        “That's rude!!” Carla pouted as soon as they reached the house “We are back!!” she said as she opened the door. 

        “Welcome back, Carla nee!!” Sophie jumped to Carla’s arms as she was acting all happy. 

        Marco sighed and patted her head, with a bit of a relief. 

        “I’m home too, you know” he said as Sophie responded with a smile to his words. 

        “Is there something wrong, Alice senpai?”. 

        Carla asked as she saw Alice having some unusual eyes looking at Sophie while having her mouth opened. 

       “C...Cute!!” she said as she got closer to Sophie who smiled at her back.

        Marco and Carla looked at her as they both thought she was clearly charmed, it was the starting of something else.
