10th chapter : erased memories .

               After getting into the palace again and having a training session with his ancestors. Marco found himself speaking about his lost childhood so suddenly that he didn't remember any of it before the day that Arthur was born.

             “You kidding right? nothing? No memories? no faces? nothing in all these years” Yuna said as she was worried about Marco who stopped moving. 

             “Yeah, nothing, now I get it, you said we were a cursed family right?” Marco replied calmly after looking at his own hands “More or less, yeah we are cursed, pfft!! I guess I’m my own reason for the loss of my own memory!!” he said as he was laughing. 

             “Calm down!!” Yuna said as she slapped him “ whether you remember or not , here what I know”  she pleaded.

             Yuna told him everything that she knows about Marco and his mother and family as he silently listened to every word and gave it a proper look. 

             “So, in other words, we’re, my curse is the reason why I’m here, I more or less understand, and I found a secondary goal besides protecting my siblings. I’ll search for the truth that even you don’t know, I’ll seek why we had our homeland destroyed, I’ll seek what lies before the birth day of Arthur. I’ll seek the place where my mother and father are, I’ll search for anything that leads me to them, and I have quite the good starting point”.

             Marco said, and as he finished his words Deva appeared laughing at him, the two looked at each other with a bit of a calm expression, despite that, Marco’s face returned to being mostly expressionless with no way of telling what he was thinking about. 

            “That’s right!!! That’s right!!! That word right now!!! I’ll help you!! but don’t expect too much from me, after all I was the one who erased your memories” Deva said as he laid down next to Marco. 

            Yuna and Selicia weren’t impressed since they had figured that out by now. 

            “What do you mean ? ” Marco asked directly. 

            “As I said, I was the one who erased your memories, but don’t get me wrong, I was nothing but some kind of power in your eyes, so more or less it’s not like I remember, I’ve been sleeping for twelve years for now” Deva expressed his words with few hand movement. 

            Marco heard him clearly as he got mad and attacked him with the wind attack as if it was a wind thrust. Deva avoided getting hit by the wind thrusts easily as he jumped to the back and stood facing Marco with a devilish grin.

            After getting on Marco’s nerves Deva avoided a huge attack from Marco’s side again. 

            “oy oy!! I only said that I’ll help and I also said that you are the main reason. I just lent my power to you like I always did, so let’s see, compared to my strength yours is a shit” Deva switched to a serious face looking at Marco standing up. 

            The three of them looked to Marco predicting that he would attack him, therefore the opposite happened.

            “Well, if it’s a fact I can’t help but to accept it, Deva was it? if you said we erased my memory means that my curse specialty is to erase” Marco completely crushed their expectations with his words.

           The three of them collapsed on the ground from the shock. 

           “Wait!! Time out!! What happened to that anger right now!!” Selicia said as she saw Marco clenching fists with Deva. 

           “What, I don’t feel any hostility towards him, furthermore you three said that the curse is like our strength so not using it will be a waste in my opinion” he replied to Selicia as he saw Deva disappearing away. 

           “Sigh, we said that, but the curse is a curse, the contradiction you just did was truly unexpected but I like that,  use what you can to get stronger ” Yuna sighed and patted his shoulder. 

            “I’ll do it of course, if I can find a way to use it with the chains, like uhm, binding my foe and erasing his euro particles inside or stuff like these, I can make it more efficient with the blade too” he replied. 

            The three of them looked at him having more expressions on his face and his eyes got more light on them. They simply grinned at each other, letting a bit of relief from their burdens.

            After talking a little, Marco was about to go back to his physical body as Selicia stopped him out of the blue. she had a bit of a cold look as if she was trying to scare him 

            “Wait!! you don’t feel like you forgot our deal!! tehehe” she said while having the smug expression again. 

            Yuna tried to stop her too, but that wasn’t the deal this time. 

            “ah, you mean that, I kinda don’t like the base of the idea itself, I guess I’ll pass the life drain kiss” Marco answered as he had the poker sweating face, in hope of Selicia letting him go. 

            “Don’t be bashful!! I mean It’s more like a vampire bite!! I only need a little of your sweet neck!!” She treated him like a toy. 

            Selicia said as Marco got her point and held his arm with the same blank expression. 

            “Here, you can bite this,” he bluntly said, making Selicia pout and Yuna chuckle from the sudden act. 

            “Sigh, talking about gratitude…bad kids must be punished!!” Selicia murmured while sucking on his arm. 

            “By the way, Yuna nee, don’t you need to do the same? Cedric nii too?” Marco asked curious about what they would say. 

            “Oh, me? Well in some sort of way, how do I put it, we just need to suck some euro particles but in this palace the blood is the euro particles itself so even if you lose blood in your physical body the astral body will replace everything with euro particles. I kinda have your blood on my swords when we fight, I absorb the euro from these bloodstains directly from the sword, so don’t mind me” Yuna answered him as she had a smile on her face. 

            Marco wasn’t much surprised as much as from what Cedric said to him right after Yuna kept the calm smile.

            “For me, I just open a small portal into your blood vessels and have a few drops into this bottle here, and since the speed of your euro particles’ regeneration is high, not exactly only that but you also have boundless reserves, you don’t feel the change”. 

            “You’re open!!” Selicia yelled. 

            Marco heard Selicia say as she pinned him to the ground and went on top of him, with a bit of enthusiastic yet heavily breathing expression.

            “Unfortunately for you, I don’t like this type, I'm a fan of naughty sucking myself, so I’m gonna make myself home and suck some blood directly from your neck” She said while wiping her mouth. 

          Marco sighed and pulled her head right to his neck, which surprised Selicia and Yuna herself too. 

          “Don’t do much, I guess I’ll allow this since you are helping me a lot” he pleaded as Selicia didn’t waste time and sucked his blood like crazy. 

           As she was sucking his neck nonstop, Marco gave her some seconds and returned to his physical body. she pouted but calmly wiped her lips and smiled at Yuna who sighed.
