The days passed and the only thing I could think about was getting my revenge. Wait, how can I even execute my plan? I feel horrible. That poor child made me feel terrible. Will I feel the same way when I kill him? I don’t even know anymore…
Laying on my bed my stomach continues to sink with each thought.
I guess the only thing I can do is go with it. Sitting up I change into casual attire as I walk outside to the training grounds. Have I been here before? Seems way too familiar. Shaking my head I walk around checking every inch of this place. It’s quite clean for a training ground and walking up to the sword station I could see dust. Quite a bit at that, when was the last time this training ground was used? As I continued on looking around I heard shuffling behind me. Turning around quickly I see a few demons try and creep out of the training ground.
“What are you doing?” I ask in a serious tone. By the clothes they are wearing I could tell these were knights but why aren’t they training?
With no response but the movement of their eyes they tried to ignore me.
As they walk a little bit more I scoff. One quickly turns to me. The others freeze up, “Bro what the hell are you guys doing? Your knights, right?” Raising my hands in confusion, the one looking at me glares at me.
Staring back I shot a question, “Are you just going to keep glaring at me?”
“Who are you talking too talk? What are you doing? It sure doesn’t look like training. Who are you a maid? Go back to cleaning the palace and mind your business.” As they giggle to the people with him.
I stare at him as I walk up to him. Being eye to eye he looks at me with anger. As I smile at him.
His eyes go wide as I raise my hand.
SLAP-
The sound rings around him as he skids across the ground. The rest of the boys jump back as I turn to the boy on the ground. No one moves as the boy climbs back up.
“Keep going. Let’s see what happens next.” I slowly look at the people freezing up as one person turns and runs. The rest follow suit. Running away, the one I slapped turned to me with murder in his eyes.
With no one left I walked to a shady place. Sitting down I close my eyes and take a deep breath.
Looking through my body I found my mana core with much more ease. Taking a deep breath I open my mana core. It feels odd like something feels missing but I ignore it. Letting my mana flow through my body I felt a weight lifting from my chest. I could breath easily and not feel like needles punching through my heart. I continued as I moved my mana from my chest to my arms and legs. I felt stronger, more agile. As I stood up I felt sore. Pulling my arm out I opened my hand as mana flew from it. It was a foggy greenish hue. That’s not very normal, mana is usually blue to purple. As I continueds I brought both my arms close. Forming a circle with my hands. Closing my eyes I pushed all my mana flowing through my arms out my hands. Squeezing my hands I opened it as a dark brown green ball laid.
Why is it greenish brown? I have never seen brown in mana. Green VERY rarely but, brown?
As I held the ball it glowed a dark brown. As I squeezed the ball again it stayed in its shape.
What?
Clasping my hands together I pushed harder and harder with no change. Why isn’t it decomposing? It’s not even changing shapes. This is not normal mana is basically water. Why is it solid? As I took a deep breath I put the ball in my pocket. Not even a second later I was in the sky. The mana orb exposed as I flew through the sky. My chest facing the sky I could tell I was at least 3 floors high in the sky. I couldn't move my body as all.
This is going to hurt. As my stomach sank with the fall I grew closer to the ground
Wow, my hair sure looks pretty in the sun.
