3 friends of mine and I started with kung-fu lessons last year. At the end of every exhausting lesson, we do 'mabu' a few minutes. And everyone handle the pain different:
- laugh-whining
- serious concentration
- total despair
- singing/humming (its super effective distraction until you realise you are distracting yourself)
