The Gym

Starting gym helped me to realize that the body I wanted wasn't the one people waiting for me to have, but the one that was actually aligned with my real gender. It made lot of sens in regard of all that made me and interested me in the past. But that will be the subject of another episode. :)
[TW: Eating Disorder, weight] Just a lil' word about the weight tho. I didn't dwell on the subject, but please, now that my opinions on weight and appearance are just related to my body and the way I see it.
I lived years of privation and body shaming which led me to have ED and a very unhealthy relationship with food and weight. I suffer of dysmorphophobia and sometimes, the sickness comes back because of a random trigger. I'm not saying that to complain, I learned to live with it and I'm fine.
I just want to let you know guys that it's okay to weight whatever you're comfortable with or do your best to live with the body you got (again, genetics, environment etc. there are multiple reasons to have the body each of us have, it doesn't depends on our will only).
Life is not easy, let's enjoy it as much as we can! (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑
