CHAPTER NINETEEN
The poison that he consume seared through his veins, causing his heart rate to skyrocket and his vision to blur. Despite this, he continued to consume more until all the sounds blended into a blur, leaving only the relentless thumping of his own heart echoing in his ears. He stumbled across the front lawn, his steps unsteady, he took note the voices in his head was strangely silent as his legs gave way, causing him to collapse onto the ground.
Numerous stars twinkle like scattered diamonds against the dark backdrop of the sky, forming constellations. The moon a delicate crescent, a slender slice of lunar beauty in the night.
Emerson blinked while staring at the night sky, feeling an unexpected sense of calm wash over him, as though the day’s events had lifted a weight from his shoulders. When he could no longer bear to fix his gaze on the night sky, he turned and began his journey back home.
Emerson fumbled with the front door, struggling to open it. After a few clumsy attempts, his drunken self finally made it inside the house, where he was met by the worried faces of Elvis, Olivia, and Benjamin in the living room.
With an unsteady gait, he stumbled further into the room, letting out a tipsy chuckle at the way they were all looking at him.
"Are you drunk?" Elvis snapped.
Emerson let out another giggle as he shook his head in denial. However, his attempt to steady himself backfired when he reached for the kitchen counter, only to miss it by an inch and topple face-first onto the floor.
"Whoa." Benjamin exclaimed as he helped his brother up, though he cringed at Emerson's breath. Nonetheless, he led him to a nearby stool and helped him sit down. "What happened to your face? Were you in a fight?"
“What were you thinking?” Elvis demanded, not leaving Emerson any room to respond to Benjamin. “You’re lucky Mom and Dad aren’t home. Otherwise, Dad would’ve given you-” Emerson glanced up, even in his inebriated state, he noticed Olivia subtly holding Elvis hand and shaking her head. He attempted to decipher the meaning behind her gesture, but his focus was interrupted by Benjamin removing his shoes.
Emerson laughed while playfully ruffling his brother's hair. Benjamin responded with a pout, making Emerson laugh even more. He reached down to pinch Benjamin's chubby cheeks, his mouth moved as if to say something but Elvis's hand on Benjamin's shoulder stopped him in his tracks.
“Go to bed, Ben. We’ll take it from here ” Elvis said, passing Emerson a cup. Emerson consumed the water as if his very existence relied on it. Elvis retrieved the empty cup and directed his gaze towards Benjamin. “Did I not tell you to go to bed?” he barked.
Benjamin hesitated, glancing briefly at Olivia and then at Emerson, a lump in his throat. “I t-think I’ll help Emerson to his room.” Benjamin stuttered as he reached for Emerson's shoulder to assist him, but Elvis stopped him.
“Don’t make me repeat myself, Benjamin. Go to bed; we can handle this.” Elvis insisted.
Benjamin chewed on his lower lip as he nodded, taking slow, deliberate steps toward his room. Just before he disappeared inside, he cast one final glance at Emerson, who was aggressively fumbling with the buttons on his shirt.
Emerson's body ignited with an intense, scorching heat, causing his vision to distort as electrifying sensations coursed through every fiber of his being. He found himself engulfed in an unrelenting inferno, a fire so consuming that it left him yearning for someone, anyone, to swiftly come to his aid and quell the searing blaze that consumed him. His need was so acute, it teetered on the brink of sheer desperation.
“Come on, up you go.” Elvis urged as he helped him to his feet. A shiver raced down his spine at the contact, and his anxiety deepened when he noticed Olivia following closely behind them.
As the door clicked closed, enveloping the room in a cocoon of isolation, and Emerson slumped on his chair, Elvis moved away from him
“I’m sorry.” The apology confused Emerson. “But there really is no other way. You made me do this.”
As if summoned by Elvis words, Emerson felt his body respond with a surge of desire. He could sense the swelling in his groin, accompanied by the warmth and tingling sensations that always enveloped him when someone touched him. His eyes widened as he watched Elvis step aside to allow Olivia to approach him.
He made an effort to rise, but his body remained unresponsive. His limbs seemed utterly inert, as though he were suffering from paralysis, mirroring the immobilizing effect of Sydney spider venom.
Olivia’s touch was slow and deliberate as she caressed Emerson’s face, despite the haze of intoxication and drug, he knew deep down that he didn’t desire this. Her hand moved downward, eventually resting on his groin. Emerson’s gaze locked with hers as she offered a soft smile and leaned in for a kiss. He turned his head away, redirecting Olivia’s lips to his neck. Emerson couldn’t help but whimper at her touch. His mind resisted, but his body betrayed him, responding to her caresses.
Each of Olivia's kisses intensified Emerson's arousal. He became increasingly aroused, a strong urge to cry out welling up within him, yet his voice remained imprisoned. As Olivia's hand reached for his pants and undid the fly, Emerson's reflexes kicked in, but his paralyzed limbs left him unable to offer any resistance. He struggled to push her hand away, the effort taking longer than expected, sapping his strength, only for Olivia to seize his arms and firmly pinned them against the chair, her hand returning to his member.
Emerson wanted to cry, he scanned the room for his brother, finding him instantly with his eyes.
"Elvis." Emerson called out, his voice barely above a whisper, though he was certain Elvis heard him. Elvis flinched at the sound of his name. "Please," he begged, "please make her stop."
Elvis shook his head. “This is for your own good.” His voice trembling slightly. “I know it may not seem like it now, but trust me and don’t fight it. In time, you’ll see.” He couldn’t bear to witness the profound sense of betrayal on Emerson’s face, so he turned his gaze away.
Olivia’s mouth engulfed Emerson member causing an involuntary moan slipped passed his lips as he hips buckled from the sensation. He hated that he could not control his body. Emerson could only stared down as Olivia’s lips worked on him.
A trickle of liquid slid down his chin and landed on Olivia’s hair. This sensation caused her to momentarily pause and glance up at Emerson. Emerson remained unaware that he had bitten his lips so forcefully that they had drawn blood, until Olivia wiped it off his lips. Without uttering a word, she licked the blood from her fingers and resumed her actions.
Emerson's desire to break free far outweighed the pleasure he derived from her. He bided his time, mustering all the strength he could, and then let out a piercing scream at the top of his lungs. "Ben!! BENJAMIN!! HELP! HELP M-"
Olivia froze, and Elvis sprang to his feet in an instant, his fist connecting with Emerson's face, further bruising the already battered skin.
Emerson’s head jerked to the side, a mixture of blood and saliva trickling down his face. His heart felt as if it were being clenched by an invisible fist, causing immense pain. Emerson slowly turned to face Elvis, his voice quivering as he asked, tears cascading down his cheeks, "Why?" He yearned to comprehend why Elvis had drugged him and permitted Olivia to subject him to this torment. Elvis's prior indifference to Oliver's advances was one thing, but this moment, it utterly devastated him.
“You’re getting the help you need Emerson.” He said, rubbing his knuckles. Upon closer inspection, he noticed the blood on them, realizing it was Emerson’s blood. His eyes filled with sadness. “Look what you made me do.” He breathed.
The door swung open, capturing the attention of all three individuals. Benjamin stood there with wide eyes, absorbing the scene before him. His gaze shifted from Elvis to Olivia, noticing the compromising position she was in. Then, his eyes slowly moved to the blood and tear-stained face of Emerson.
“E-E-Elvis what’s going on?” Taking a hesitant step forward Benjamin stammered, fear and shock coursing through his veins.
“Leave!”
“No no, no, Benjamin help please.” Emerson pleaded as this was the only way he knew he could get out of this right now. His heartbeats doubled with anticipation.
Benjamin remained frozen in shock, his wide eyes fixed on Elvis. Elvis, fed up with Emerson’s complaints, delivered another powerful blow to Emerson’s jaw, silencing him once again.
“Shut the fuck up.” Elvis seethed with disdain, redirecting his fury towards Benjamin “Get out.”
Benjamin cast a glance at Emerson, his head shaking, his eyes piercing Benjamin's with a plea to stay, take action, or even reach out to their parents. At this moment, Emerson would have preferred to face their father's anger over this situation.
Benjamin's steps propelled him towards Emerson, disregarding Elvis. In a swift motion, Elvis seized him by the neck and forcefully dragged him out the door. However, Benjamin reacted swiftly, preventing the door from slamming shut. This only served to further enrage Elvis. In what seemed like a mere second, Elvis grabbed Benjamin by the hair, and his knee collided with Benjamin's face. The sudden action left Benjamin stunned, causing him to stumble back, clutching his nose with wide eyes.
Elvis deftly used the distraction to push Benjamin, sending him stumbling to the ground. With a resolute click, he shut the door, leaving Emerson filled with despair.
Elvis watched as Olivia peeled off her cloths and lowered herself onto Emerson’s member, Elvis observed amidst Benjamin’s pounding on the door, Emerson biting down on his lip so hard that blood and tears flowed incessantly. Elvis witnessed every movement, every involuntary thrust of Emerson’s hips, his desperate pleas for Olivia to stop. He watched as Olivia bounced on Emerson’s erection, taking in the sight, and not once acknowledging his brother’s cries for help.
