Perfectionism is when your ideals become obstacles. This doesn’t look slick and it doesn’t make much sense, but I’m going to have to let that be, since all too often I never finish things because I always want them to be better.
Transcript:
A cartoon wolf swaggers jovially through the forest, singing, “Put one foot in front of the other..”
A cartoonist drawing this very comic mutters, “Just put one box in front of the other…!”
A carpenter building a house says, “It doesn’t have to be perfect.”
The same carpenter, sheltered from rain by the finished house, says, “Just so long as it gets finished.”
A ghost behind a girl taking a selfie wails, “Because otherwise you can’t see it!”
An inverted dodo bird is captioned, “And it gets forgotten!”
A giant octopus thinks, “So it may as well be sloppy.”
A roadrunner exclaims, “And quick!”
An emptied dinner plate is captioned, “just so long as you keep going and get finished.”
One day, a lecture by mermaids; another, a space adventure. Every episode is a completely different comic, often with no relation to the last. These are miscellaneous comics that are too short to have their own series. Some were just made this week, and some were made back when I was a smol child prodigy. Posting daily.
