For the second panel, Everett is saying, "Yes well, let us go to that cave. Our answers may lie there." I intentionally made it harder to read signaling that the duo was moving farther away from the building.

Emile Johnson is a part of a wealthy family that indulges in dark magic. When that magic backfires, Emile comes up with a solution in the best way he knows how: strike a deal with a powerful eldritch being.
Unfortunately for him, he clumsily ends up summoning Ahritakthaman, the Prince of The Void. Thankfully, he's still able to make a deal with the deity--at a price of course. Now Emile's stuck being Ahritakthaman's servant--encountering eldritch creatures and other wacky cultists in the process.
