Yay! Finally it's here, the very first Cooking With Rox! And what's better to kickstart this than with my second favourite beverage: Coffee!
So I got this when, after beating heavy cream for too long, it got lumpy and it was about to break down, so I added the chocolate anyway, left it to simmer in the freezer and, after almost half an hour, it was thick and retained the air. It was still good.
Also, you can make a Chocolate Mousse if you whip the cream untill it makes stiff peaks, add the chocolate, and let it simmer in the refrigerator for an hour.
