I really feel for Aiden. I don't really feel a drive to date people (demisexual demiromantic) and I'm happy with just having close friendships. I don't think friendships are worth any less than romantic relationships. I think Jamie needs to give Aiden some space and listen to what he's saying. Sometimes people just don't feel the need to be in relationships, or aren't in a point in their life where they feel like they are available or ready for one, and that's okay. I know Jamie means well, but telling someone maybe you just haven't met the right person isn't the way to go. :b
At his aunt’s wedding, Jamie, a young hopeless romantic, bumps into Aiden, a socially inept pretty boy, who unintentionally steals his heart. After discovering Aiden goes to his school, with the help of his sister Vicky, Jamie decides to find the quickest way to win him over. Gaining unforgettable friendships and important life lessons along the way, Jamie’s impact on Aiden and his group of friends creates a rippling effect that changes everything.
