That night, somewhere in a North Carolina; Nosefir lies next the woman he met a while ago.. their dates have gone normally so far, but any intimate moments were quite different due to his being a mushroom...

"Ah..." Nosfir sighs in satisfaction, then exclaims "I had no idea mating could be... like that!". " I had no idea you aliens could grow like THAT!" the tattooed woman exclaims! "Welp, Lucy... We're built different..." Nosefir explains. "Yeah y'all are.." she laughs, then asks "Ready to go again?!". "Let me contact my friends again, I kind of just left yesterday without saying anything!" he explains, "Okay, hurry back!" she says cutely as he gets out of bed... 

Over the last few days: Lucy got him to wear human male clothes instead of straps and robes, so  he now puts on his earth-pants as he goes into her bathroom... "Alright, I'll just.." he says as he pulls out a rusty looking smartphone... but before he could tell them he left with her again, he sees a article in the browser:

DOCTOR NELSON OF THE UNIVERSITY OF LOS ANGELOS HAS DISCOVERED A SITE WITH RECIPES SPECIFICALLY SURROUNDING THE BODIES OF OUR ALIEN NEIGHBORS; "THE MUSHROOMS" THEY ARE COLLOQUIALLY CALLED. BECAUSE OF THEIR HIGH AMOUNTS OF CARTILAGE AND MUSCLE THAT COOKS LIKE BEEF AND/OR PORK; THIS NEW DISCOVERY IS SHOWING UP ON A FEW RESTAURANT MENUS TOO. SOME LOCALS ARE QUITE UPSET AT THIS, WHILE OTHERS ARE CLAIMING "THEY ARE JUST MUSHROOMS" WHAT DO YOU THINK? LEAVE YOUR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS BELOW.

Nosefir freaks out, dropping his phone and staggers backwards... until he bumps into Lucy! "AH!!!" he yells and turns around in fear! "`Nosey`? What's the problem? You don't take long.." she asks in growing concern "You don't have some freaky alien disease do you???". Nosefir is terrified of her--humans now; but remembers: She's the one he has slept with for days now, who accepted him and is almost exclusively interested in him because of who and what he is... So he picks up his cell as he says "L,l,lucy! I have to sh,sh,show you something!" while he keeps dropping the cell and trying to pick it back up in fear.. he finally gets it up and shows her!!! Lucy reads the article, then says "That's disgusting..."

"Yeah, I, I thought we were all accepted on here??!" Nosefir asks.. "That's something our government decided.. but obviously not everybody agreed to it...  I was against it at first too, believe it or not: but it looks like I was wrong about it all..". She then holds his hand "If you haven't learned already, people here can be very evil.. Now come on..." she says softly, and tries to lead him back to bed.. but he stops "Wh,what are you doing!!?" he asks.. "Let's go back to bed, we got jobs in the morning.." she replies.. "Work? Bed? I can't do those things knowing this is happening!" Nosefir replies in surprise and fear "I, I need to go talk to my friends...". "Wh,what?" Lucy asks in surprise "What's your problem???". "I just found out my people are being killed and eaten here!" he replied loudly, "Not to be insensitive, but that crap happens all the time to my people--earthlings too! It's not like worrying is gonna stop them!" she retorts. "So you're used to people being eaten!!?" he asked in fear and some rage, "Yes, no.. Alright I know cannibalism exists... But if we get scared, it'll make us act like maniacs when we're NOT in danger at all!" she yells in annoyance! "I'm going! You humans are horrible!" he yells as he turns to leave, Lucy snatched his arm "Stop! Stop freaki..." she starts, when they hear a rip sound! Lucy stares at Nosfir's arm, which is torn off into her hands and bleeding!! '"AAAAAAAAAH!" she screams! "GAAAAAAH!!!" Nosefir yells in pain and horror and rushed into the darkness, Lucy's too scared to chase after him and see if he's alright...

Meanwhile, Jon kneeled under a tree in his own yard; the ground's been dug up and churned, then flooded with water...specifically for his children... "I never thought I'd be `having babies` under a tree of my summer home..." he thought out loud, then pulls out a electric shaver.. "I wish Djamor didn't get caught in a conversation; becauss wish SHE should instruct me on this, all she got to tell me is that they can grow in a shady area, and the conception process is already done by now... they don't need me, and I need them off before they get bigger!". Jon then carefully shaves his pink hairs off into the mud, first he does his arm hair, then knuckles "Should I do my head or chest next?" he wondered, then starts to take off his tanktop.. when he hears "Jon! Wait!" he almost falls over in fear, then looks up as he lowers the clippers. "Djamor! I, thought you were in a important conversation! I, I, ..only mean to put the babies somewhere safe!" he tries to explain! "Y, you have... but they need some room..." she replies gently, and kneels by him, she uses a long slender finger to separate the fungus-hair clumps.. "There, so they'll have have enough room!" she explains cheerfully, then calmly adds "Now, let me get the rest: there's some spots neither we nor you humans can reach on our own bodies..". "True..." Jon replies, then face forwards, as she shaves his head.... he watches the pink fungus fall into the mud, and the Djamor spread them around with her hand.. she then wipes his head after she's finished, ensuring she got all of their mushroom babies off.. "Um, are you done?" he asks nervously, "Oh no, please hold your arm up." she replies. "B,but I can reach there fine!" Jon claimed as he began to turn around, "Now doctor, we both know that despite being able to reach there, you can't position the razor between the babies and your skin correctly from this angle!" she softly exclaimed. He sighed and hold up his arm, embarrassed to have the alien shave his pits slowly and carefully... "Ooh, these will be very healthy; human crevasses are perfect for spores!" Djamor happily says as she carefully shaved the children from under there, then holds up his other arm to do the same... She wipes under both arms "There, I think that was was a perfect shave!" she exclaims, "Alright, okay, I can do the rest!" Jon replied nervously! "But my dear doctor, I need to do your chest next!" she reminds him... "I, I can do it myself!" Jon replied  "And it, it, you have to understand; I never shaved my armpits in my life! Let me finish this without shame!". "But doctor, wouldn't your legs be a problem? And what about your privates? Could you do those without any problem?" she asks, Jon started to turn red from embarrassment "Princess, you're getting too..." he started, when his and her phones rung! They both checked to see that a emergency was happening at the shelter!!!

Hours later, they arrived at the shelter; Jon wearing his bathrobe instead of his `maternal clothes`  "Where is he!?" the scientist asks! "There.." Cecil replied and points to Nosefir sitting alone; his arm as a red jelly looking scab.. Other mushrooms-aliens surrounded his injury while wrapping it gently..."What happened to him?!" Jon asks, "He didn't state clearly at all, but he DID make sure we knew about this!" Charles says, then holds up his cell "What???" Jon asks in disbelief... Djamor gasps in terror "Wh,what?! We've been sending our people to their graves!?"  she asks in fear! "Apparently this has happened for a while... more and more people are doing it, but tried to keep it hidden.. I guess some people stopped caring at all.." Randolph explains.. "I knew it would happen.." Xanthodermus says as he nears the group "Our people are nothing but food to humans! This behaviour is why your race is so weak!". "I'm dearly sorry! I know not everybody has accepted you, but on behalf of  those who still has some humanity; I deeply apologize for their behaviour!" Jon says in disappointment.. "Don't, I'm not mad at you." Xanthodermus replies "You're willingly carrying my nieces and nephews, I have no real qualms with you. But, I have plans to destroy those humans who're feasting on my people's flesh as we speak!".  "Donde‽ You.. can't kill them; I mean, we have a law system for this stuff!" Cecil retorts! "Your system doesn't even work for you humans: why should abide by it? If I find any human consuming one of my people before our ships return, I will kill them on the spot!" Xanthodermus promised in rage, then leaves... "Sh,shit..." Cecil cursed, "I can imagine, to him it's as if someone destroyed a member of his family...but his decision...". Jon merely sighs, what could he say? He wants to be someone the aliens can always rely on, but he feels as if he owes humanity so much so that he has to say something to stop Xanthodermus! Randolph then breaks the silence "I'll go speak with him..." he reveaked, then leaves... Djamor only hugs Jon closer, feeling comfort in the human she thinks wouldn't be a threat to her or her people...

Xanthodermus meanwhile; is swinging dual swords: formed from the golden belts that went across his chest! It's easy to see now that he's a master swordsman, and is scarily fast as there's little weight for him to push around with his body and the blades! "X, Xantho... Xanthodermus!" Randolph calls out nervously as he neared him, "Call me Xantho.." the alien says in annoyance "If you can't get it.. "No, um.. Xanthodermus! I, I want you to know ..I'm backing you up; no matter what I support your decision!" the scientist revealed! "Mmhm.." Xanthodermus replied "I heard that before, are you coming onto me, Randolph?", "Wh,what?!" he replied as he blushed "Of, of course not!".. "Don't lie, why else would you support someone who'd kill your own species?" Xanthodermus asked, "....You noticed my feelings then?" Randolph says with a gasp.. "Yes, and I'm declining them." the alien replied. "What?? Why!?" Randolph asked in utter shock, "I am not like Djamor, my partner must be firmly strengthened by loyalty to OUR planet; even as we came here I solely had our planet's best interest in mind, despite my personal hate for Earth. My partner must do the same: we made a serious mistake coming to Earth but now I will avenge them; devotion is what my people will have.. Something you lack, Randolph!" Xanthodermus reveals! "So, because I'm devoting myself to you, and not other people?" he asked. ".. It's not that; being patriotic isn't the problem... But it's not something you'd figure out soon, especially when my people retaliate.." the alien explains... Randolph sigh and walked away "Well, see you later then..." he replied, then inhaled happily; there was no true anger when he spoke to him.. he knew he had a chance! But he couldn't continue to pursue Xanthodermus while he and Djamor were upset...

Days later, Quince drove Mina to a school... "Are ya sure you want me to go tonight? Prom usually made me nervous!" he says.. "When you were 15!" Mina laughed "Look, ya just going to be a body guard in case somethin' weird happens!". "But there's a mushroom in that place, I don't wanna be around 'em that long!" he replied "I tried gettin' used to those things, but one of 'em here always keeps lookin' at me all scary like...". "Hahaha!" Mina laughs, and replies "They're curious about us! Look, I was nervous too, but when I speak to 'em, they just concerned about their kids jus' like normal people! Now try to be nice!". Quince sighs as he parked...

They get to the school again; and he follow his partner in the building.. hoping to not see `her` again...
