Between me forgetting to draw nipples and websites (most likely apple ap version) not making up their mind on if men are allowed to show nipples or not and giving warnings out about them, it's just been a strange struggle when it comes to drawing them.
Anyway the real answer to the question is just, they were flashbacks at different points in time. Osiris just wears different outfits to visually que if a scene is before or after the death that transitioned him from being a god of agriculture into also being a judge of the dead.
