How do you lure a ghost? I have been sitting in front of the portrait for hours, talking at it. However, my hallucination doesn't want to show itself. Just when I could really use its help.
Two things have come up in the past few hours, the operator of the website with the creepy story has contacted me and I have written a list.
The site operator (Jochen according to the imprint) sent me a PDF, no hello, no thanks for your interest, not even a MFG, just a PDF. Upon opening the file, it turned out to be an excerpt from the diary of a traveler who wrote down the whispers of the townspeople.
At least that's what I assume, because the pages are handwritten and badly yellowed, so they are barely legible. I need someone who can decipher it. My eyes went on strike after only a few minutes trying to decipher them. Of course, I could write to Impressums Jochen again, however, the man doesn't seem very interested in contact.
Since my hallucination refuses to help me, I sent the document to an acquaintance from university. In my student days I once lent him a pen, let's hope that's enough for such a favor.
To make the day somehow productive, I started to write a list, when which phenomenon, how appeared. In a table I noted everything, date, time, peculiarities and what kind. The visits of my neighbor are also noted.
Everything begins with the visit to the flea market. Should there really be a curse on the painting? Or was it my neighbor who caused these things? The question would be why would he do that? I barely knew him, in fact I barely noticed him before. I was far too busy with my own move-in to have been able to observe and get to know my neighbor.
Also, for the neighbor theory, I would have liked to have my ghost roommate's opinion.
Why? Well, because at least yesterday it relieved me immensely to be able to talk to someone, even if it's just a silent hallucination. I have to give my imagination a point deduction for not giving voice to my hallucination and for being unreliable.
As I write this entry, I've decided to sweeten my evening with wine and a round on the Internet at the website of a very specific occult trade.
(Yes I know, I was going to swear off wine, but the stench and cold are driving me nuts).
When a flea market visit changes your life forever....
Day by day, she writes in her diary
Day by day, things become stranger
Day by day, fewer people believe her
Until she doesn't believe in herself anymore...
A story for all fans of Halloween. Spooky, creepy in the tradition of the Gothic novel. Romance fantasy with horror elements but without the bloodbath, gore, etc. Slow Burn and Paced
Think of Goosebumps
Daily upload until the final on 31.10 :) Happy Hallo
