Hmmmm, I never did a real diet, so I'm not one to talk from own experience, but is this not way too less to get full? ._.
Like you said yourself, it varies from person to person, but I think this kind of diet has a very high chance of a jojo-effect.
Eating healthy, not much sweets and doing sports on a regular basis should be enough to lose weight. If some of you guys have an other opinion: I'm open-minded, tell me ^^
