Ocean Moon
Alas, one of the finest places the planet of Eorthe has to offer, was a bright, enchanted village dwelling in the sky across the ocean. Warm lamps and lanterns surrounded the houses and the settlements. Torches lit the ocean, and on top of the sky, is an ever-dwelling bright, white moon and a colorful star-lit galaxy. But who carries these houses, since they live in the sky? Dragons. Red, scaly, fire-breathing dragons. They have long, thick bodies as snakes do, and small legs that lizards have. Their heads are shaped like a dog’s head, but the fur is rather scaled like a reptile's. They have long snouts, sharp ears, and very long whiskers that flew through the air. These dragons are deadly and hostile but are also one of the sweetest creatures ever known. Loyal and kind like a dog to its owner, and barks in anger at one who threatens their family. They are the creatures that belong and are under the control of the Magma Core. The houses in which families live as well as the establishments like churches, food houses, and playgrounds, are connected, and constructed to the dragons. The magic of magma keeps the house connected to the dragon and keeps it afloat with magnetic force. No incident ever happened yet where people were unsafe and fell. Anyway, here, fish is the food families always eat, as well as seaweed, crabs, and lobsters. Fire here is ever-abundant. It keeps the families of this place warm in the cold of night and day since the houses are about 4,000 feet above sea level. But is safety to worry about? People here wear flowy dresses that magically float as long as the dragons are present to give them magic. You may ask, it’s such a spine-tingling way to live, yet people here, the Aramisians, are used to it. They get sick on stable plain ground and high-density oxygen. Well, this is Aramis Village, also known for its Ocean Moon.
One night, at perfect midnight, a little boy named Elias sleeps in cozy peace. But suddenly, there was an unruly fire that kept crashing around the house. Ceramic glasses and plates are shattered in disarray, the dragons are awakened, and they are fighting something terrible. Elias leaves his room and looks outside the door. Strange, flying vehicles speed around the sky. They have large multi-guns, shooting bright, yellow, explosive bombs around the dragons, destroying the houses and burning down the ocean. He sees signs pasted on the strange airships, ‘Histeria.’ Masked men and women entered the houses to abduct people and massacre anyone who disobeyed them. The bright galaxy and the moon are now overrun by smoke. A spider-patch-masked man entered Elias’ house. He froze in dreadful fear, but a sudden gunshot killed the masked man. The Rescuers enter the game. A large, floating airship filled with hopeful light, came out of the overbearing spoke, shining blue light, with rescuers and good soldiers flying out. A Rescuer lady picked up Elias and rode him on her back before his home exploded, and brought him to the airship. Elias cried and resisted her at first, but learned he had to trust her. Looking down, he saw his dragons screech out, crying. They bleed, and they are weakened. Usually hostile and deadly, these dragons are powerless against Histeria’s overwhelming power. Some dragons have splashed against the masses of ocean water, dying. The Rescuers take charge and battle the Histerian people, but Histeria continues to attack. Coming from below the ocean, tons of leaking black oil emerged that poisoned the dragons. The battle was tense, and Rescuers did their best to leave no one behind, yet some inevitably die out. With constant laser attacks coming toward the Rescuer’s airship, its virtual shield began to weaken. They retreat, float up into the smoggy sky, and mysteriously disappear. As the airship slowly disappeared away, Elias, surrounded by wounded Aramisians and tired Rescuers, desperately peeked out at the window. He saw under the ocean, his dragon, Peter, and Peter was his best friend, he carried his house. From Peter’s point of view, he was in searing pain. He was filled with unbearable nausea from drinking poisonous black oil. But he thought of Elias. He ignored all his traumatic pain and looked above the sky. He saw Elias looking down at him. But above the airship, Elias rode, there was a floating, spiritual train station. It was shining blue, pink, and crystal white, traveling quicker than a jet. Peter knows there are seven cores in Eorthe, the greatest is Magma–but no one knows aside from him that there is an eighth core, Time, who is undefeatable. With Peters’ previous dreams talking to Time, Time said that when a floating train station appears, that is the least of his sign of presence–and when it appears, be happy for something good will happen. With these thoughts accompanying him, he knows that Elias is in safe hands, he roared his last hello to him and passed away.
