It's Florie! If they were here right now they'd probably say, speaking very quickly and moving their hands a lot, something like "OH hi yes are you here for something or are you just in the way?" and then an explosion would go off somewhere out back and they'd grimace, muttering "not AGAIN" as they rush off, beckoning you to follow.
