This happened over my Golden week vacation. We visited the ruins of the Tsuwano castle, but the chairlift was going to close at 4:30, so we hurried back down to the chairlift, so we wouldn't have to hike the rest of the way. Unfortunately, while we took a picture on the ruins at the top, my husband put down the bag of snacks and them promptly forgot to pick it up again. So, as we were halfway down the hill on the chair lift, Brianna noticed that she was carrying fewer things than on the way up (zero things as opposed to one thing) and said "Oh, I left the food at the ruins". The rest pretty much followed as in the comic.
