BACK AT THE HEALERS...
Lia runs into the young man's room. "Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Lia." She says introducing herself, out of breath.
Layla comes in right after her and the young man seems to tense up. "It's okay, she's my friend." Lia says trying to calm him. "You can lay back down."
The young man seems to calm down almost instantaneously, but he's very groggy and only mutters a few words. "Oh... okay..."
"Could you please tell me your name?" Lia asks him.
"L-leo..." The young man replies.
"Thank you, Leo." Lia says, graciously and begins walking slowly towards the door. Then she turns around and says: "Sleep well, I'll visit again when you're less tired."
Layla and Lia walk out of the room and slowly close the wooden door behind them.
A DAY LATER WHILE LEO IS SLOWLY GETTING USED TO THE BRACE OF LEAVES ON HIS LEG...
"Now that you can walk, would you like to go on a picnic in the forest?" Lia asks Leo.
"That sounds fun, but does your bodyguard have to come with?" He answers, empasizing the "have to".
"No..., I bet that I can convince her to stay at palace." Lia replies thoughtfully. "I'll pick you up at lunchtime, okay?"
"Okay. See you then, without Layla."
LIA GOES TO PACK FOR THE SECRET PICNIC...
Lia grabs a picnic basket and fills it with delicious food. She packs peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and some pastries for dessert. Lia goes to Leo's room.
"Leo it's time to go, I packed the food for us." Lia whispers to him. He comes out and follows Lia.
Leo and Lia ran into the forest and had a picnic. Thay both got a break from other people but he did't know they were elves. "Wow this food is so good!" Leo says in suprise.
