Garden of Nobodies- It's no biggie!

The Nemini Gardens is a settlement on the outskirts of Eleusis, the town we're currently in. There aren't any homeless shelters in Eos. Instead, people form settlements and camps where they can. The Nemini Gardens, a forest full of hollowed out sequoia trees, is one of them. Many of the folk living there belong to a certain tribe, but it's meant to serve as a home for any Eleusinian who doesn't have one.
