The president of the U.S. and Prine Minister of Japan have both agreed to put heavier censorship over animation in general. Anyone who makes any pornographic media will pay $60,600 fee. Along with this, any stories that include this material must censord this for minors who might find it:

Sex

Women's bodies (this includes feet, hands, armpits and collarbone/neck area too)

Men's pants must come up the bottom of theur ribcage to avoid exposing navel and or abs in shirtless apperances

Women cannot be in or splashed by water

Adult conversations made have heavy censorship and/or be removed and/or be in cryptic rhymes

No sniffing hair or clothing

No anthropomorphic anything

If man must be nude, his crotch area must not be drawn at all

If woman must be nude, her sizes must be reduced to A- and no detail can be shown at all

No pubic, body or facial hair

Men cannot have muscle as this would also excite viewers

Women must be mid-sized: as too small would be endorsing pedophillia and too large will scare minors and adults alike.
(This goes for males too...)

No stressful situations so as not to induce suicide, anger or to entice any emotion of any kind.

Cursing is no long prohibited; but "Gee", " Golley" "Gwarsh" "Wowie Zowie" and "What the?" Are acceptable

Any scenes depicting character death must be censord with "taking a trip"

Violence can be shown for only 3-8 seconds at a time, and must have 10 minute breaks in between.

Mud, spit and blood must replace Blood

NO GORE, only sparkles and light

Characters can no longer lose limbs or even be injured, being knocked out or fainting must be censord as the character getting bored of the situation and simply leaving.

More rules will be added to ensure everybody has a great time watching animations no matter what. This has been the Worldeide news!
