The designers were going for cherubim/counting sheep concept for Nightlight’s horns. However, when a child guest got his eye poked out by Monty’s hair spikes, the pending lawsuit has left Nightlight’s horns incomplete. the technicians got lazy and slapped a hat on top of their head.
