King Xenon makes another appearance (he was introduced in Episode 1) and Lord Oganesson is formally introduced.
If you go back to Episode 1, Lord Oganesson was also in the same panel where King Xenon was introduced (he was the silhouette on the left side of the panel and Prince Thallios was the silhouette on the right side, although Prince Thallios was obscured by King Xenon's speech bubbles).
