Leo lets go of the assassin, but still prevents her from leaving. "I'll let you live, but you must go tell your "Boss" to leave us alone!" Leo tells her determinedly.
"I'll let you live, but you have to tell your boss to leave us alone!" The assassin replies, then jumps out the window, leaving the castle.
"Don't you think that she was pretty?" Layla said, still looking at the window.
"Umm... I'm going back to sleep now." Leo says, before going back to his room rooms. Layla stays up for a while longer, thinking about the entire event.
IN THE MORNING...
Layla woke up super groggy, as she only got six hours of sleep. "Wow, you look tired." Lia teases playfuly and stiffeled a laugh.
"Rude!" Layla retarts.
"Oh, come on! You know that I'm just teasing!" Lia says and laughs a little. Leo comes into the diningroom and makes himself a cup of tea.
Lia looks at Layla and Leo. "What happened last night?!" She demands loudly.
Layla looks very tired, but still has enough energy to respond. "Do you really want to know?" She asks.
"Yes, I do!" Lia says again, loudly.
"Okay, we had to fight off assassins from your room..." Layla says, and looks down at the floor.
Lia shakes her head disbelievingly. "What, really!?" She questions, confused. Leo just shakes his head and leaves with Layla. Lia sits there, crying. She seems to be in shock as she holds her head with her hands, leaning on the table and staring at the floor.
AN HOUR LATER...
Knock knock A sound is heard from the doorway. "Can I please come in?" A voice asks.
"I guess..." Lia replies and Leo opens the door.
he sits down on the bed with her before asking: "Are you okay?" Leo asks as she sniffles.
"I-I don't know..." Lia says hopelessly, while crying some more.
