Okay so after another long wait I'm back! I actually got inspired to update because I was looking through Amy Mebberson's "Pocket Princess" in Facebook (which I love) and noticed how her comics were only one scene strips but are really good and you get the punchline! It got me considering whether I could upload some Dinah and Jake episodes as one picture, one paneled strip because comics take time and it's even harder for me to haul myself to get around to updating (I'm sorry! X'D).

Anyway, this is another glimpse of past and then current time episode. I realize Dinah and Jake has always been a Then and Now, Before I met you and How we Met, How we are right now kind of series, so I hope I could keep this up.

It's actually a bit of a surprise to me that I was able to update at all, because I'm actually going through a dramatic (exaggerated) heartbreak phase which inspired the story from the "Before Jake" part. It's a surprise because I thought I'd be avoiding anything love in general. X'D

The art for "With Jake Now" part was actually from an old drawing I did probably a year or two years ago when I was just starting D and J and I had it in a drawer. I just lined and colored it using Sai.
(BTW! I'm also considering continuing such coloring style if I do the one panel thing!)

Polly and the stuff she says is based on my best friend and what she says when I get down cuz' of the heartbreaks.
