No no no no no.
My breathing was unsteady and swift.
My vision fading between a blur and an unblur.
Choking on my spit.
I smile.
I felt my eyelids twitch as my arms shake. Grabbing my hair I tie it in a ponytail with some mana.
This is a dream, it has to be. It has to be.
Unable to control my whole body it moves on its own. I feel possessed.
As I watch in horror a bloody body lies. It was someone I've seen before. It had to be. It's a dream so surely but, who?
Continuing to watch on, I tried to move. My eyes don't move as I can only see where they were looking. Pressing and trying my best I felt like my eyes were about to explode. When the person in my body spoke.
Putting their index finger to my mouth, “shhhh~ stop trying to push your eyes and watch. I know you're there.” In a whispering laughter they walk up to the bloody body as they crouch.
Patting his shoulder they wait for a response. Sighing as they roll their eyes they quickly stand up and place one foot on the side of their body and push them. Reaching a wall the body continues to lay life less. My possessed body swung their entire body in a 180 as they find a rusty wooden bucket. Grabbing both sides and grunting as they pick it up they throw the entire bucket at the person.
“ACK-“ Grunting the lifeless body shot up with life. As they stumblel up coughing up a mix of blood and water.
In a grasping breath they yell, “I WILL TEAR EVERY LIMB FROM YOUR BODY YOU DEMON.”
Rocking my head back and forth a giggle from hell rose as she skipped to a mirror.
Smiling she points to the blood guy behind her getting with a smile across her face making you want to punch her.
“Hehehe, oopsies!” As the bloody man tackles her.
I woke up on the floor.
Gasping for air my eyes feel heavy as tears roll down my face. Trying to blink both of my eyes refused to sync as I blink one eye at a time. Shaking my head
I sit up and feel sharp pains everywhere on my body. Check my body. Both of my wrists had very small needle-like holes. Continuing to look I saw a pattern as I saw two sets of needles perfectly symmetrical to each other.
My knees, ankles, stomach, forearms, elbows…
Who did this??
Rubbing my arms and groaning in pain my door creaks. Turning around I saw bright red hair and knew exactly who it was. “Mandy!”
Turning to get up I fall on my knee as Mandy rushes over, “Don’t push yourself if you're in pain. You hear?” holding me in place as she waited for an answer.
Looking to the floor I slowly nod my head, “Yes ma’am.”
Giggling, she finishes helping me up as she places her hands on my shoulders.
“Are you okay?”
Staring at her I lift up my wrist to her and wait for a response.
Gasping in shock she covers her mouth and quickly says, “youndontknowwhofomeis?”
“Huh??” Leaning in to hear her, she repeats herself.
“Fome! She does acupuncture for people that hire her. She honestly the best on the continent and one of the only Hexad’s in living here!”
“W-what is a Hexad doing here?”
“She wanted a change of paste and moved here!”
I give a slight frown to her as she smiles at me.
The last Hexad I’ve seen almost killed me and a few other people. The fact they have 6 arms makes them quite scary but they are also tall. The one I saw was over 8 feet tall and he was not a friendly, nice, or weak enemy.
The silence was taking over the room when the door clicked open. Turning quickly my jaw dropped. Standing at the doorway was the Hexad named Fome. She was very tall as she wore loose and baggy clothing. But staring at her face made my skin crawl. Her hair was in a poorly cut bob-cut with the other side of her face being completely covered in a white shiny metal. With a metal tube jammed into her face it looks around the room, her normal eye and metal one looking at me. She stares at me with a smile but, I didn’t feel like a warm smile. It was empty and fake. Then leans to Mandy and whispers in her ear. As Mandy nodded her head, Fome walking to me as she lifted her hand for a hand shake. Looking up to her and back at her hand and shiver is sent down my spine. I feel like there are a hundred eyes all on me. Swallowing my fear I raise my hand to shake hers when I look at my hand and see it rapidly shake. Holding her hand she gave a firm handshake as she introduced herself, “Greetings Lady Pime, I am Fome if you hadn't heard from Mandy.” Her voice was calming and soft. But I still felt terrified. I don't trust her one bit.
