Elisa will have to work hard if she wants to succeed as a writer, it's either that or having to look for a job that will help her and her grandmother support themselves. While she thinks about how to rewrite her novel with a happy ending and turn it into a best seller, someone appears in that hallway to fulfill her mission. 🙃 Who will she be?

* As for Old English, I was inspired when I had a brief conversation with a creator who some of you may have already read some of his works (J.K. Borealis). He mentioned that Old English had some similarity with some verbs in his native language. In fact, I had originally thought about including something like this in a language other than English, but I think the phrase "Ic þē lufie" really convinced me.

* I forgot to mention this last week, but in case you were wondering about Paymon, he is a demon whose ability is to jump into the future (but only the future), Rebecca doesn't have that power, he helps her with that. But... why not to the past?! Because Elisa would have asked him to help her go to her mother when she was attacked by Astaroth and that would not be possible because of the author.

* Oh, regarding Nestor, we will know more about him in future chapters.

Well, the list of new characters who are relevant to the plot officially ends. Starting next week we will begin one of the most important parts of the story.

Elisa is so cute (and quite relatable) as she's struggling for ways to end her story xD. I really enjoyed this chapter! She's super talented, with just that glimpse we got of her novel!

How could Nestor not blush!! This was such an adorable scene! I specifically loved the way she just lit up when she thanked him for his comment; its really easy to fall in love with Elisa 💖💖💖💖. I really hope Nestor is one of the good ones and doesn't end up possessed 😂 💖💖💖.

This story is set in 1927.

Elisa Sullivan inherits her mother's ability to see and speak with hellish beings. She tries to live her life normally despite having this curse.

Her aspirations, in turn, are different from those of her grandmother, she does not want to marry for convenience, her goal is to be a writer. She wants to be a romance novel author, but she's not an expert. Elisa needs inspiration (a muse) and without realizing she gets it thanks to Nyx, a particular creature from the underworld whom she will meet in a "lethal" way.
