Now that he has successfully overthrew Rallia's republic with the help of the Zeneck army, Hem'ear moves forward to establish his destined role as emperor. However to make sure his role is permanent, Rallians that possess the Plasma Gene that our still loose pose a problem, especially Rellos. Hem'ear plots to influence the masses at the same time crush Rellos.
