"Wait WHAT?!" I shouted.

"You don't like me anymore, do you..." Ichika walked away.

"No! Ichika.. please don't leave."

Ichika stopped and slowly turned back.

"I do love you, Ichika."

Ichika smiled and she said, "I don't really wanna go here for dinner, do you wanna go back home?" 

I nodded.

Me and Ichika walked out the door, and Ichika walked me home, holding my hand. 

When I got home, I opened the door and my mother rushed out and hugged me. For some reason, I forgot to tell my mom about Ichika. I explained the whole thing to her. 

"Wait. Is Ichika your-" 

"Hey! Me and Ichika went to this smoothie shop. I thought you would really enjoy the smoothies there!" I quickly changed the subject. 

I went inside, ate dinner, and went to bed. That night, I couldn't go to sleep. I was thinking about what happened when I saw Nanami. "I'm starting to lose hope. I don't think I can fix Nanami and Hayato." I had a thought pop in to my mind. I wanted to talk to Hayato. 

I opened up my phone and took a deep breath. I Texted "Hey."

No response. Then, 10 minutes later, Hayato responded with, "Hey, Atsuko. What's going on?"
