Changing his direction, Jang started his main quest that he was sent on, to search for the infested humans.

The first Dime was walking in a large crowd of people whilst inside his host. It's movements were just like a robots and they had an unusual stare inside their eyes. This is how he found out who to search.

Approaching the intestines of the crowd, a hand with a knife charged in his direction. The inner instincts kicked in for Jang, clearing the path where the knife headed, dodging the hand. From behind the hand, a whole body appeared, revealing the Dime.

On a closer look, his mouth was all foamy and his skin almost grey, his nails yellow-ish and his eyes going towards the dark color.

Jang dodged a few more knife direct hits. One sudden move and he tripped on the flat concrete, falling down on his back, un-protected. Panicking out, he quickly untucked a scroll from the rope, opened it and looked inside it and rapidly chanted out the words inside it. On the end of the recital, the body fell on the ground just like a stone statue. The knife fell near it and Jang kicked it with the bottom of his shoe, so that he couldn't get a grip of that anymore.

A few seconds after, bone crunching sounds were being heard from the host body. The color of the skin was coming back to it's normal sound, and the foam looked like it came to a stop from overflowing continously.

Jang succeding in exorcizing the Dime. He slowly got up from the ground with a nervous smile on his face, thinking to himself

"Man... what a crazy world we live in"

He walked a few more steps, but from around the corner, right in front of him, more posessed bodies by the Dimes were charging at the same time towards Jang, with an unusual and uncanny scream.

No time wasted, Jang turned his head back, trying to look unbothered, like he didn't knew them, but they knew him. Jang exclaimed his jumpscare out loud after the human Dimes were grunting with foam at their mouths after Jang, just like angered stray dogs.

"Ooooh maaan, I hope I won't be like them, I totally HATE foamy mouths"
Jokingly exclaimed Jang with an upset pair of eyebrows.

Because he found himself in a closed alley, there was nowhere for him to go.

All four of them charged at the same time, but one of them charged faster, arriving firstly at Jang.

He extended his hand that showcased his palm, and started connecting the constellations.

"Let's see how you Dimes can handle my mighty sword"

Jang took out a short deformed stick, which looked more like a thin piece of galactic rod, a baseball bat...?

He gazed at the creation that he made with an upset and dissapointed look in his eyes. Slapping himself in the face once, he continued on with it.

When the Dime was getting closer and closer, he kept looking at his creation and thought to himself that it's no use and dropped it onto the ground, using his body instead.

Charging up a long punch to the first Dime, Jang forgot that there was still a human inside there, so he just proceeded in pushing it away on a soft plastic bag filled with garbage.
Taking out one scroll from his leather pouch, he started to say the words that were being wrote in it.

"Lapsum, Isidus, Labobinados-... what the heck is written in here-"

After finishing the short chanting from the scroll, the Dime quickly jumped himself from the garbage bag, and angered himself towards Jang in a matter of a second. The moment when the Dime was a hair fiber close to take out Jang's eyes with it's sharp and medium lenght nails, the body fell down on the floor, slowly gaining it's skin color back to normal for the human host.

He did the same with the second Dime.

Finally, the last two waited there, just like dead bodies inside walking corpses, waiting for their Dime friends to finish their part with Jang.

When the boy accidentally dropped the third scroll on the ground, with a short thud on the ground, the Dimes transformed into something... else, something unhuman, giant meaty Dimes with fibers of muscles growing on top of their skin and their bones extending along with the muscles, creating the mutants.

"WHAT THE HECK MAN, WHAT THE HECK MAN"
Screamed Jang, as his eyes widened, he was confused and shocked at the same time as he was standing still, looking at the Dime as they were changing. Jang unfroze himself and sat in a fighting stance, not knowing what will come after.

The Dime monsters were two meters tall, with crusty and scrawny skin, like it was burned by a flame thrower.

His breath was shaking. Fingers tremoring just like he had a disease in his head and without wanting to, Jang froze again as his eyes zoned out with a focus on the overall monsters

One of the Dimes ran towards Jang with a limping on his left leg. It tried to hit Jang with a long and sharp bone from the tip of his knuckle, but someone came in, in the last second, cutting the hand seconds before it would impact Jang's thin, yet muscular body.

"Throw the Manta scrolls, Jong, you don't need them against Group 2's"

Jang watched with a long care towards the boy that came and saved him.

"Who ar-"
Wanted to ask Jang, but he was interrupted by the charming boy with black hair and sharp eyebags under his eyes.

"Stay behind me (looks back at the mutants) your abilities are not yet evolved (quickly looks back at Jang) this is not your fight"

The boy quickly jumped on the wall of the building that held as a wall for the closed-in alley, changing his hand into a very live green colored root, that looked more like a vine, and then jumped on the mutant's chest, in which he implemented it's sharp lines of vines.

The mutant screamed out, trying to take the boy off him, grunting in screeching roar noises coming from inside his throat, but the boy succeded in taking the mutant out.

Seconds after, the mutant Dime exploded, splattering blood all over the alley, on him and Jang, along with an explosion of stardust, in which the body faded in.

Jang looked at his hands that were filled with dark-red blood. Rubbing his fingers together, he started feeling the smell of iron coming from it. Feeling light-headed and sick, Jang threw up as the boy started going for the other mutant Dime.

Suddenly, something snapped in Jang, something inside him screamed out loud

"Wait, don't kill him, I can still hel-!"

But the boy continued in a constant and slow tone
"They are fully transformed, these aren't humans anymore, you can't help them, if you don't want any more collateral damage, we have to kill them"

With that one sentence being said, the boy punctured the Dimes thick skin with his arm that switched into a long and thin piece of a small amount of skin, with a sharp edge of bone at the edge of it, while holding it by his only un-grown horn.

One moment later, the Dime tried to hold himself on his feet, while the life was going out of it.

"Than...g.. than... yooo-u..."
Gurgled the Dime, crying manly tears out of his round brown eyes. His head was the last one sign of his overall lifetime of choices, words, actions and laughter.

The boy, which seemed to already be done with his share of fight, his background being the last scene of the floating stardust from the slayed dime. Afterwards, he put his palm on his shoulder and slowly and gently said

"You will get used to it"
His eyes darkened, giving a "glass" reaction into his eyes.

Before he would leave, he headed towards the edge of the alley.

"See, I'm useful enough as a human, and not a tin can (slightly smiles at Jang)"

He raised his hand that quickly transformed into the vine  from before, that lenghtened itself towards the sky. With the use of the vine arm, the boy raised himself towards the top of the blocks.

Jang was looking up at him, eyeing his movement carefuly, but only then he realized

"Yuha...?"
With a shocked, yet slightly amazed look in his face.

Jang undressed himself from the blood-tainted clothes and threw them in a trash can.

Two days later, Gonda and Jang met up again, this time talking about the sidekick deal for real.

Gonda landed an clean Ollie right from the start, seconds before Jang would arrive.
The second time, he succeded in a Fakie, which was a trick that was hard even for pro skaters.

Jang put out his skateboard and did a few tricks too, trying to imitate what Gonda did before.
Half an hour later, Jang and Gonda took a break and started talking about what they wanted.

"Do you have a hero name thought out?"

"I was thinking something like Starry.J"
Said Jang, intensively thinking,

"Jong, you are saving people, not dropping a diss on them"
Replied Gonda with a grunt in his eyes and a confused look on his face

"Wait... what do you say about "Star High"
Asked Gonda, hoping that he would pick this one

Jang declined the name, thinking of another one.

"Wait... what about "Kid Constellation?"

Gonda exploded in hype and awe, jumping out of his concrete seat that was the edge of an empty pool from the skatepark

Jang happily raised his hand and waited for Gonda to take the high five, and Gonda accepted it.

"We should design the costume, you know, to make it official"
Said Gonda, slightly slapping his chest with the back of his hand.

They talked about it again for a hour or so, in the meantime a little girl who was walking with her mother at her hand, have come to them

Both of them almost choked on their words, almost getting exposed, so they quickly stopped talking.

"This... we are just playing, he will be the hero and I will be the villain, you see?"

"We are just playing"

"A hero?! Will you help me and her if we get into trouble?

Jang and Gonda looked at each other

Jang kneeled to be at the same size as the little girl.

"You can be sure of that, just call out my name, "Kid Celeste" and I will be there... Kid, for short (smiles at her)

The girl thanked him, giggling after seeing his carved smile.

Before they left, the girl gave Jang one of her argint earrings with a small, colored water wave on it

Jang took the earring with a gentle reaction and thanked her.

The girl waved at them leaving and Jang raised his hand in sign of goodbye

After Jang got home, he took out his mother's sewing kit and some old ragged clothes. Imagining himself a costume that would be possible to be made with that kind of supply. It took him four hours, but he made it.

Outside, with the costume on, he wandered the streets in look for some trouble that he could solve.

A few orange smoke trails appeared out of nowhere, towards the heart of some street blocks. It was like a book club meetup, just more sketchy.

One of them laughed after seeing Jang's costume, but with that one, a chain of laughter had started.

With that laughter, he just stood there high and proud, not taking in the negative compliments.

The costume was made out of an old hoodie, old sports long pants, new and colorful yellow cut  lines from another type of clothing were added to it's back, creating a star, his gloves had been sprinkled with glitter for international effect.

All of them stood up, Jang knew it would be a fist brawl just by the look from their eyes. It was a one verus eight, but it was no bother for Jang

The one with the hoodie charged at Jang, dodging the knife, he hit the guy's head with a quick turn of elbow to the head taking down one of them. Seeing one of their friends sleeping in the muddy pond on the concrete floor, all of them charged at him. Jang backed up bit by bit, kicking and hitting every one of them, using his surroundings, fighting as fair as he could.

One kick to the head was all it was needed, to make the whole gang run away with their tails between their legs, leaving their friends behind.

The first one that Jang took out, asked him who he was, while grunting his voice, all dizzy, coughing his mind out.

Kidd Celeste, is what Jang told them, high and proudly, as he was heading out to the street.

Heading home, Jang felt a pinch near his kidney. It was itchy. Trying to scratch it for comfort, but he felt something hard and tough, it felt like metal. Taking that specific part of clothing out of the way, Jang saw that it was a nail from the fight before with those people from the streets.

"No way someone just stabbed me with a nail (grunts and sweats even harder) who even does that"

He took it out slowly, slowly, slowly, but with every movement, more and more blood  gushed  out, he grunted his teeth firmly, taking small breaks between pulls. Jang gasped a few times, biting on a shape that he made with constellations, counted from four to one then took it out.

Veins appeared on his neck from all of that constant grunting.

The screw was four centimeres long.

Jang stared at the nail, almost throwing up knowing that something like that was inside of him. He pressed a lot of pressure on that wound, but a lot of blood had flown out already.

Going directly home, right after entering his room, silently, he wanted to see how the wound stands, but it was already healed. Only a really small hole remained there, but it was still hurting him on touch.

Few hours have passed and the perfect costume design has been made. Dozens of wrapped around, folded and scrambled paper sheets with failed ideas were thrown behind him.

Really late at night, Jang realized something... he had school tomorrow.

Closing the notebook and his table lamp, that had holes in shape of small stars, that redacted itself into the whole room, creating an illusion of a galaxy, he went directly to sleep with one thought in his mind

Jang had made some decisions that he is not proud of.
After a quick friend meet-up with Gonda, both of them thought about making Jang an official hero, how will that work out?

Jang Ho always helped everyone in need, even if he was wasting his time, being late to classes or just helping an old lady cross the street.
One night when he went to do some cardio outside, he saw something really bright in the sky coming directly towards him, it was a STAR, big as a planet. In a blink moment, the star crushed him, falling right on him, creating a big crater.
That night, Jang Ho became someone else... or something else.
