Eddie was sniffling. Sniffling! He was crying... for me¿
I looked up at him, he had a hand on his mouth while he tried to blink the tears away. Clyde gave him a side hug and I lifted my hand to hold his. 'It's okay' I whispered weakly
He looked at me like I grew an eye on my forehead. 'Okay? Does that seem okay to you?' His voice was raised and I scooted backwards. He noticed what he did and lowered his voice
'No, I'm sorry, come here, please' he sniffed, lifting me into his arms and hugging me to him. 'I'm so sorry I raised my voice at you but, this is very -not- okay.' He sniffled again. 'I want to know where were you all along? Please'
I tucked my hands between us and curled deeper into him. 'I can't' I whispered, clenching my jaw and eyes tightly
'Yes, you can' he argued
'Babe... don't push him, please. He might tell us when he's ready' Clyde said and I thanked him with my heart and eyes. He smiled warmly
'Right, shi- I'm sorry, I won't push you but whoever it was I'll make them regret ever being born. They won't see daylight again' he growled. I swear he did
Clyde gasped dramatically again and I laughed, catching their attention. Eddie cooed. 'Aww, you have the sweetest laugh'
'Ouch'
'Oh shut it. You have a nice laugh, that's different, it will always stay your compliment.' Eddie flicked his forehead
'Okay. Thank you' he smiled, satisfied
'Guys, stop flirting please for the moment. Did you forget what we're here for?' Carlos asked, making Clyde groan and Eddie laugh
'Come on, man. You party pooper'
'It wasn't a party, but okay' he answered. Clyde rolled his eyes
'Roll your eyes again, and you might see your brain' he rhymed. Eddie burst into laughters and I found myself giggling. Clyde just stared at us
'Unbelievable! You're with them?' He asked me and I looked at him, then at the doctor and then towards Eddie
'I'm with myself' I mumbled, tucking my head in the blanket
'That's a good answer' said Carlos, smiling at me. I shyly returned it. He reached his hand to my side and before I had a chance to think what he was doing, he tickled me a few times
I yelped and then laughed, pressing into Eddie's body a little closer, still smiling from his action. I did not expect that
'I can't believe we forgot asking you what your name is, little guy' Eddie gasped, looking at me funny
Parker is a boy. Just a teenage boy. But despite being 'just a teenage boy', he experienced some things in life that most teenage boys don't.
After being kind of kicked out of his house, he stumbled upon a restaurant. Staying in the dark alley through the night might've been scary, but it was the best decision of his life that lead him to people who made him feel belong.
