Lyra wakes up and looks at the time and sees that it’s 10:00am, she jumps out of bed and starts getting ready for work. “Hey honey, what are you doing” her mom says, “I overslept” Lyra states while putting on her skirt, “honey, its Sunday you don’t work weekends”. Lyra stopped and fell back on the ground, “I’m stupid, but at least I can still sleep” Lyra says while snuggling with a pillow on the floor, “nope, you gotta get up we’re supposed to visit dad today remember?” her mom says, Lyra completely forgot she was so distracted by Wesley occupying her mind, “Hurry up Lyra” her mom shouts. “I’m coming now” Lyra shouts. While Lyra’s mom warms up the car, Lyra walks downstairs grabs her purse off the couch, she puts her blue adidas tennis shoes on, and walks out the door and locks it. Lyra’s mom is driving to the hospital, she stops to get gas. She pays for the gas with her debit card, she picks up the gas pump and puts it in the gas tank. Then they leave the gas station, and drive to the hospital, they arrive to see Lyra’s dad. “Hi Dad, how are you feeling?” Lyra ask her dad, “I’m doing ok little Fiore, where’s your mom?” She asked, “I’m here she says in a sad tone,” hi honey I’m here, are you ok?”, Her mom asked her father while trying not to cry. “I’m fine how have you been holding up on your own?” her dad asks her mom in a tired tone. “I been fine, I’m keeping my head up still, and I hope you get better soon.” Her mom says to her dad while trying so hard not to cry, “I remember when you were two and we used to take you to the fair to ride the ponies and you would start to cry because you were scared of them and look at you now your all grown up, my little Fiore”,  Lyra’s father says to her while touching her face and smiling. Lyra grabs his hand and smiles. “I Love you dad get well soon “, Lyra says before kissing him on his forehead. “I will my little Fiore, I promise I will be out of here soon and I can hold your hand and take you out to eat again. “Oh, mom I have to go meet Lucia, we were going to have lunch together”. Lyra stated, “Ok, dear I’ll see you later”, Her mom stated, “Ok bye mom, bye dad, I love you guys”, Lyra shouted while walking to the exit door, “we love you too dear, her mom and dad shouted together. Lyra opens the exit door, walks out, and calls Lucia on her phone. “Hey where are you? Which café are you in?” Lyra asks, “I’m at whiskers café”, Lucia says, “Ok I’m on my right now”, Lyra stated, Lyra starts walking to the bus stop, and waits for the bus, the bus arrives, and she gets on. “Hi Mrs. Bilton, how are you?” Lyra asks Mrs. Bilton politely while paying her fee, “Hi Lyra I’m fine dear thanks for asking. Off to work, are we?” Mrs. Bilton asks while her hands are on the black steer wheel. “No ma’am today is my day off work, I’m on my way to cafe whiskers to meet up with a friend “, Lyra stated after paying, “Well, take your seat ma’am”, Mrs. Bilton says.  Lyra takes a seat and starts listening to music with her purple earbuds. She gets off the bus and walks to the café, she enters the café and sees Lucia, and waves at her. She hugs Lucia then sits down. “Hi Lucia, how are you?” Lyra asks Lucia with a happy tone, “I’m fine girl what about you anything new with you?” Lucia asks her in a curious tone.  “New? Like what?” Lyra asks Lucia with a confused expression and tone”. “I don’t know, do you have a boyfriend or a crush”. Lucia asks her with a curious tone. “No, not yet, but I do have a crush, but you have to promise not to tell anyone”, Lyra said with a serious tone. “I promise”, Lucia says, “Ok I have a crush on Wesley”, Lyra whispers to Lucia, “Oh my gosh” Lucia shouted in an excited tone. “Shhhhhhh.”, Lyra says to Lucia while being shy. “Oh, sorry but Wesley fine for you. I think he likes you too”, Lucia said to Lyra with a happy tone. “Really”, Lyra says in an excited tone, “Yes I do Lucia”, replied “Oh it’s getting dark. What time is it, Lucia?” Lyra asks Lucia, “It’s 10:30 I should probably head home Noah might worry if I’m still out this late. See you at work tomorrow”, Lucia says while waving in a happy tone. “Ok bye”, Lyra replied, Lyra starts walking back home, she gets home safely opens the door and sees her mom cooking Risotto, a meal with rice, onions, broth, butter, white wine, and parmesan. “Hi mom she shouts”. “Hi sweetie how was your day”, her mom asks her. “Good”. Lyra says while taking off her shoes. Lyra sits down and eats after her mom gives her a plate of Risotto. “Thank you, mom, for cooking again”, Lyra says with a smile on her face. “Your, welcome,” Lyra mom says, I’m going to bed now, goodnight mom”. Lyra shouts, “Goodnight sweetie” Lyra mom shouts back. Beep, beep the alarm clock goes off. “Oh no I’m late”, Lyra says, she gets ready for the day, and goes downstairs. “Good morning mom”, she says, Lyra takes a croissant. “Bye mom”, She shouts before closing the front door. She runs to work and makes it on time. “Hi Lucia, how are you?”, Lyra says. “Hello Lyra, I’m fine, oh the CEO is here, I’m to serve him. Hi sir, may I take your order?” Lucia says to Wesley, I want Lyra to serve me please if that’s ok?”
