Winter (February)....

[establishing shot of the school, from above 3/4, everything is covered in snow] Sol and Nami are exiting the school gates.

S "Snooooooow!" she opens her arms, snowflakes falling all around her, looking up at the sky with a cheerful smile, while Nami looks up as well, her arms crossed, her expression unimpressed.

[closeup on her hands] Sol picks up some snow, [off cam] N "Do not pick up snow with your bare hands!! It will ruin your skin!!"

S "I don't care." she replies, sticking her tongue out, while the snow in her hands slowly takes the shape of a ball.

N "Sol…" she glares at her with an icy expression, while Sol smiles mischievously at her.

N "I will slap you into oblivion." her voice and tone extremely serious and menacing.

Sol ponders silently for a second…..

S "Yeah, you probably would." and looks away, knowing far too well she would suffer dire consequences.

She looks around, searching for another target, while Nami passes her by, N "See you tomorrow.", S "Bye Nami!"

Sol walks towards the bus stop on her own, tossing the snowball up and down.

At the bus stop, she sees Yuri happily talking with Tommy and his twin.

[POV Sol, zoomed in on Yuri, shoulders up] He laughs wholeheartedly at a joke Tommy just delivered.

[sab] He senses someone watching him...

[sab] He looks at his observer [camera], smiling from ear to ear, saluting her with his usual gesture.

Sol, however, just stands there, serious, in a menacing pose, the ball of snow still being tossed up and down.

Yuri stops smiling: his demeanor changing to match Sol’s.

Sol and Yuri circle each other, measuring their opponent, the tension in the air rising.

[closeup on Sol’s hand] She grips the snowball tighter.

[closeup on Y’s right hand] He flexes his fingers, getting ready for a wild west style showdown.

A cold wind blows between the two.....

Yuri taunts her with a smirk on his face.

She grins, accepting his challenge.

Sol trows the first snowball.

Yuri dodges, and rapidly takes some snow from the ground.

Counterattacks, but S dodges.

They both start laughing and having fun.

Sol manages to catch one of Yuri’s cold projectiles and immediately throws it back, hitting him on the forearm, raised to protect his face.

S "YESSS!" she raises both her hands in the air, celebrating her small victory.

[closeup on Ty] Tommy laughs at Yuri, Ty “Haaaa-haaaaa! Dude! You got hit by a girl! That was so la”

[sab] His face gets hit by a snowball: a cold white veil covering his face.

Two red dots pierce the snow from underneath.

[POV Ty, zoomed in on Sol, waist up] Sol looks at him in slight disdain, throwing a snowball up and down.

[sab, on Ty] [off cam] Ti "Haahahahaha!", Tommy turns his attention to his brother...

[closeup on] Toni, still laughing at his now angry brother

[sab] Ty shoves some snow in his twin’s open mouth.

Tommy gets up from the half wall he was sitting on, taking some snow from the ground while menacingly walking towards Sol, who prepares herself to face his fury, while Toni coughs and spits the snow from his mouth [off cam].

[POV Sol, zoomed in on Ty’s face] Ty looks at her with a laser focused glare, stomping while getting closer, his thirst for revenge painted all over his face.

[sab] His face gets snowballed again, this time from Yuri's side

Tommy shouts his rage to the heavens, 

Ty "WAAAAAAAR!!!"

The battle resumes with two new opponents joining the fray.

The war rapidly shifts its balance: the two brothers converge their attacks on Yuri. He retreats, while Sol covers for him.

The two hide behind a car and counterattack: Yuri leading the assault from behind the cover, Sol preparing the ammunition.

S peeks from behind the car, S "Yuri!! Enemy approaching at full speed at 3 o'clock!!", Y "Roger that!"

Yuri starts bombarding Ty with snowballs. The enemy angrily retreats.

Everything falls silent……..

[camera on the trunk of the car]

[sab, Sol’s eyes peek from behind it] Sol’s cute eyes emerge just enough to scout the environment, S "...Is it over...?"

[sab] Y’s eyes pop up from below, near hers, Y “I doubt it...Something's not right…It’s silent….Too silent…..” he says as he analyzes the surrounding.

[POV Sol and Yuri] A group of guys approach the pair: extremely loaded with ammunition, super confident and ready to raise hell, Tommy leading the pack with a smirk on his face.

[from behind the two] Yuri pulls Sol down by her arm, taking cover once more Y "We gotta run.”, S “RUN?! Run where?!”

[closeup on the two talking, camera to the side] Y “To the next bus stop!”, S “We’re never gonna make it! There are no cars to protect us on the way!!”, Y “We have no choice! If we stay here, they’ll surround us and…!!”

[POV S] He looks away dramatically, a serious frown appearing on his face, Y “It’s best for you not to know what they do to prisoners….....”

[POV Y] S looks at him speechless, extremely concerned now.

[side] She gathers some snowballs from the pile she prepared previously

[sab] Y stops her and puts his hands on her shoulders, Y “No, they’ll only slow you down. Leave everything behind and run as fast as you can without looking back!”, S “No!! I won’t leave you behind!”, Y “Don’t worry about me, just go!! I’ll be ok!”, S “No!!”, Y "Sol..."

[POV S] Y smiles 32, Y “Trust me.”

[POV Y] Sol looks at him unconvinced, fearing for his fate.

[sab] She then nods with a determined look on her face, S "Ok..!"

[side, both, full body] Y, with some snowballs in his left arm, raises his body just enough to stand on his legs with his head behind cover, Y “Ready?”, Sol readies herself and nods at him.

[front of the car] Y “GO!!!” he unloads the barrage of snowballs on the enemy, while Sol leaps away from the car.

[side, full body] Sol runs with all her might, S <This is wrong!!>

[sab, but zoomed in more on her face] S <I should’ve stayed behind and go down with him!!>

[sab, more zoomed in] S <I have to turn back and> she nearly turns her head

S <NO!! Don’t look back! I promised him I wouldn't! I have to trust him! He'll make it! I have to believe!>

S <But there’s no way he would survive against all those people on his own!>

[side, closeup on her eyes] She frowns in pain, S <Yuri….! I’ll never forget your sacrifi>

[sab] Her eyes open wide in surprise as a snowball passes near her face from behind

[side, shoulders up] She looks back

[sab] Her eyes widen in a comical surprise/terror

[side, full body, both] He catches up to her, S “I thought you would die on that hill!”, Y “Naaah! The martyr thing was never my style!" he shruggs "Besides: this is way more fun!" he smiles amused

[sab] Y "Now c’mon! The bus is coming!”, S “We’re never gonna make it!!”, Y “Yes we will!! Just focus on running! You can do it!”

[POV enemies] Yuri sticks his tongue out and mocks the large enemy group

[POV Y] Tommy glares at Yuri [cam] while the bus moves away from him [some of his cronies are catching their breath, while others are already starting another snowball fight between themselves, some have fallen face down into the snow from exhaustion in the background]

Y and S, catching their breath [Y standing tall, a little tired, while Sol leans with her hands on her knees, breathing heavily], S "G……...G……..…", she barely musters the power to convey between each breath, Y "GG..." (*)

Sol high fives him.

Pain invades their red hands for messing around with the cold snow for too long [Yuri shakes his hand to make the pain go away, while Sol holds hers by the wrist, screaming internally]
