Xenon was with Melos when they took a break together. Melos, realizing that Xenon was thinking about something, decided to strike up a conversation.

"Xenon, is there something bothering you?" Melos asked.
"It's okay, Melos. It's just about Maxus. I don't know why, but Maxus is being a troublesome boy right now," Xenon replied.
"Is that so? I remember when you guys introduced that boy to me. He used to be such an innocent boy," Melos said.

Xenon only smiled when he remembered little Maxus. At that time Maxus was 500 years old and not as mischievous as he is now.

"But to be honest, I was surprised when you said that Maxus was your son. But after looking around, Maxus does have genes passed down from you. Why don't you tell me about your early days with Maxus?" said Melos.
"About that, I still remember," then Xenon told the story of how they met Maxus.

Xenon and Max were together for a long time, until they finally decided to take their relationship further. Xenon proposed to Max and they got married.

Although they have been married for a long time, Xenon has never asked Max to have intercourse because Max is still traumatized by an incident that he should be able to forget. Unfortunately Max is still afraid to have intercourse with Xenon. And unluckily, Z had once accidentally said Frost's name in Max's presence which eventually triggered Max's trauma.

But Xenon knows that Max really wants to have children, and so does Xenon. Until one day, Hikari realized that something was bothering Xenon.

"Xenon, is there a problem?" asked Hikari.
"Hikari! It's nothing. It's just that...," Xenon paused, breathing heavily and then continued her sentence. "Max and I have been married for a while, but we never did that after our wedding."
"Is that related to Max's trauma?" asked Hikari. Xenon nodded slowly.

Hearing Xenon's explanation, Hikari had an idea.

"Then I'll need a sample of your DNA," said Hikari.
Xenon gave Hikari a confused look. "What for?"
" No need to ask, already. I'll tell you later," Hikari replied. After that, Hikari asked him to extend his hand, then took a sample of Xenon's DNA using a device that resembled a syringe.

After getting Xenon's DNA sample, Hikari rushed to her lab.

"I got Xenon's DNA sample, now I need Max's DNA sample," Hikari said.
"Here," said Mebius while giving Max's DNA sample to Hikari.
Hikari who saw Mebius holding Max's DNA sample was just shocked with his mouth open. Before Hikari could ask, Mebius had already given an answer. "I've asked Max if his DNA sample is needed."

After that, Hikari began his experiment to combine Xenon and Max's DNA. Of course, Hikari was helped by Mebius because Mebius knew that Hikari was working on something for Xenon and Max. After many attempts, an ultra baby was finally created from the DNA of Xenon and Max. Hikari waited until the ultra baby was fully developed.

After months, the ultra baby was fully developed.

"He's finally fully developed. Now it's time to call Xenon and Max here," muttered Hikari. Immediately, Hikari sent the ultra sign to Xenon and Max.

Xenon and Max, who got the call from Hikari, rushed to Hikari's laboratory.

Arriving at Hikari's laboratory,

"Hikari, is there something important?" asked Xenon.
"There is something I want to give you," replied Hikari. Mebius brought a capsule containing an ultra baby.

"Max, you see it first," said Mebius as he gave the capsule to Max. Max was still trying to understand what was happening, but he accepted the capsule and looked at the ultra baby inside.

"This...," Max stared at the content of the capsule.
"What is it?" Xenon also looked at the content of the capsule, and he was surprised when he saw an ultra baby inside.

"That's your son," Hikari answered Xenon and Max. "He was born from the DNA of both of you."

Max was instantly touched. So was Xenon. They never thought they would have a child of their own.

"Congratulations! You're finally parents to that ultra baby!" said Mebius who congratulated Xenon and Max.

Finally Xenon and Max raised their child, and when their son whom they named Maxus was 500 years old, they introduced him to their friends.
"What's his name?" asked Tiga.
"Wow, how cute! Is he your son?" asked Gaia.
"His name is Maxus, and yes, he's our son," replied Max.
"If you look at him, he looks just like you two," said Zero.
"Hello, Maxus!" greeted Cosmos.
"Can I teach you baseball sometime? It's a popular sport on Earth," said Dyna.

Flashback off.

"I miss when Maxus was little. I don't know why he's so stubborn now," Xenon said.
"Maybe... you're not paying enough attention to him," said Melos.
"How could I! Max and I always pay attention to him!" said Xenon.
"Have you ever taken him out of the Land of Light?" asked Melos.

Xenon fell silent when he heard Melos' question.
"I asked, have you ever taken him out of the Land of Light?" Melos repeated his question.
"No," Xenon replied as he shook his head. "Never at all."
Melos was stunned by Xenon's answer. "Why?" Melos asked.
"Max and I didn't dare take him out of the Land of Light, as long as he is still alive out there," Xenon replied.
"Him? You mean..., Max's former superior who has long been exiled from the Land of Light?" asked Melos. Xenon replied by nodding his head slowly.

"I know that from Zero when he was training Z. In the middle of training, they were suddenly attacked by him. Zero recounted the incident, and unluckily, Z accidentally said his name in Max's presence. Max is still traumatized by the deeds he has done in the past. I'm afraid that he will kidnap Maxus and do something similar to him for revenge," Xenon explained.

Melos was still silent hearing all that.

"Dealing with a traumatized Max is hard enough for me, let alone Maxus...,"

"Xenon, I know that you're trying to protect Maxus. But that doesn't mean you have to restrain Maxus. Doesn't Maxus often train with his friends? I'm sure that Maxus is not a weak Ultra. He can take care of himself," Melos said.

"I think so too," said Xenon.

But Xenon's heart said otherwise. He didn't feel at ease when he thought about his son's safety.
